If you'd like your car demaged take it to Birchwood Kia west. Had only two service appointments with Birchwood Kia west and both times car was returned damaged: 1) first time the hood was scratches like something heavy was dragged over it 2) second time one of the doors had a foot long dent and paint signs which looked like a dent from another door. First time the dealership agreed to fix the damage, but the second time I was told that I might have dropped off already damaged vehicle. Other then that, the service was mediocre and never went well there was always something forgotten or not completed.

. Dont think for a minute you will get any service after you buy. They don’t keep appointments. They don’t have shuttle. They keep you longer than. Had an autopsy claim they entered wrong plate number. Two months later they order parts. Say theywill be back ordered. Poor communication.

Awesome work that Forman Collision customer service was incredible I was booked in next Thursday but they were able to squeeze me in and was very polite to me and was informed well before it was ready for pickup and cleaned my car perfectly I recommend. This place when you have moi claim

Initial Dealing Was good but When I bought it one month back Humming Issue Came, Suggested me to change tyres , which i did still issue is there. Now Yesterday When I visited there asking for 130$ to check and even Service team behavior was rude. Seems like don't care about customers. I really hope Owner will do something on this. Quality is really compromised in KIA Seltos which I feel.

I posted a 1-star rating sometimes due to my unpleasant experience with Winnipeg Kia, but this time around, I am posting a 5-star rating for Winnipeg Kia at Waverley. Sometimes last year, my van's sliding doors weren't closing properly, and it has a warranty, I took it to the dealer, but some things weren't documented properly. I reached out again this year. I was informed of the wrong documentation, Brayden made sure proper documentation was done and the van's doors were fixed. From the lady that picked my call (sorry didn't get her name) to Brayden Brach that ensured I got top-notch service and the Shuttle driver, you guys rock. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
