He is gentle, polite and listens to the needs of the customers. He was flexible and always accommodated my schedule. There was a delay in getting my EV charger on time, Jordan would follow up wth me regularly. I gave my kids a surprise and asked Jordan to record us the moment we walked in the show room. Dec.2024 went in to speak about ordering a Mazda CX50 Hybrid. Asked sales rep if the price online was same as their final price plus GST/PST. Was told they add additional things to the vehicle that in their opinion adds value to my purchase. I said the CX50 I would be purchasing would have to be ordered and that I wasn't interested in what they thought added value to my vehicle. Tried multiple ways to ask if these additions could be removed, or if they are mandatory. Sales rep refused to answer my question. He kept repeating "we add what we feel adds value to your vehicle". I told him that we are just going in circles on this subject and I walked out. In the time I was in there, I experienced every bad thing that people says makes buying a new car an unpleasant and stressful experience. I will never go back to Gerry Gordon's or recommend them to anyone.
