I had a deeply disappointing experience with this dealership. I purchased a 2024 Kia Carnival under the explicit condition that the loan would be under my business name, not personally. This was crucial as I was planning to apply for a mortgage and needed to avoid having a large loan appear on my personal credit. The financial advisor at the time assured me that, despite being a co-signer, my name would not be associated with the loan unless it went into collection. However, when I recently attempted to get a mortgage, I discovered that the loan was listed under my personal name, not my business. I reached out to the new financial advisor at the dealership, only to be brushed off and told that the previous advisor, who made the promise, no longer works there, and there was no record of our agreement. This deceptive handling of the situation has caused significant issues for me. I would not have proceeded with the purchase if I had known they would not honor their commitment. I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership if you value honesty and integrity.

I had a great experience with Justin at Winnipeg kia, Waverley and Found the exact car I wanted with excellent customer service and attention to detail. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. I highly recommend this dealership.

Initial Dealing Was good but When I bought it one month back Humming Issue Came, Suggested me to change tyres , which i did still issue is there. Now Yesterday When I visited there asking for 130$ to check and even Service team behavior was rude. Seems like don't care about customers. I really hope Owner will do something on this. Quality is really compromised in KIA Seltos which I feel.

I put a $500 deposit on a used $12000 hyndai car & applied for finance with them, they got back said finaceing is DEClINED for that car bit I am approved for newer Sentra for $19000 or a brand new Forte, after them trieng to heavily push & bully me into buying the more expensive sentra or brand car, I still refused & asked for my deposit back since my finaceing was declined for the wanted, They outside refused ! Even sales manger told me strait Not going to happen, your not getting your deposit back,.You signed a contact agreeing to buy a car from us ! Only after I theatend to go to CBC go public & small claims court they gave my deposit back!!
