We had to have our motor replaced in our Santa Fe due to a defect in the motor and Hyundai covered the cost. We were so grateful for that and also for the excellent service Chris at the Service dept gave us.

3 year warranty doesn’t exist .IMyself would avoid Hyundai . The parking brake actuator was touching rim. I had Focus Hyundai to change tires .and oil change This some how is not on warranty beware . I was charged $217 diagnostics to find this out and will be charged 217 again and 230 for the harness when they get it in . On customer service side it iwas very abrupt and the customer after me was upset at the tone the adviser was using not going to use any names. I for one will be trading in my 2024 Tucson which seems to have issues for most likely a Toyota . If anyone would like advice I will provide,Unfortunately .my car does have problems for a newer vehicle . And the warranty sucks beware of A Hyundai . Also my friends I recommended are having issues with there Palasade and warranty issues sad.My sons Tucson had issues with the fuel injection. The road side towed him to a different dealership that’s garbage.
