In March 2025, I purchased a Chevy Cruze. - juicyj
In March 2025, I purchased a Chevy Cruze. It was small, practical, and had a few extra features that made it a great fit for me. I worked with Ryan and had an overall positive buying experience. Gurpreet was personable, professional, and easy to deal with.
Fast forward to December 2025, and my summer tires quickly proved they weren't made for a Winnipeg winter. After getting stuck, I enrolled in the Winter Tire Program and had my tires replaced.
A few weeks ago, I returned for an oil change and asked if they could also address a tire issue, as I had been told there was a screw in one of the tires. After waiting approximately 2.5 hours, my oil was changed, but the tire issue remained unresolved. The tire pressure was still low when I left, yet I was charged the full amount for the service.
At the end of the day, I would have been better off staying in xx. Vital, getting an oil change closer to home, and saving both time and gas. I am still waiting to hear whether the tire repair will be covered under warranty or if I will be charged for it.
At this point, I'm considering paying out of pocket elsewhere just to have the tire fixed properly. While my initial vehicle purchase experience was very positive, my recent service experience has been disappointing, and based on that experience, I would not recommend this company for service work.
I'm still waiting on a phone call since about 2pm yesterday. June 23/ 2026 - Golly, they must be extremely busy if they can't phone me back!
