Our first time buying a used vehicle from this dealership and the experience was excellent. We had an idea of what we wanted and Mandy was a tremendous help. Some dealerships want to tag on extras that add up, however we experienced no upselling or pressure. We paid the difference (trade in was fair price) and purchased an extended warranty (vehicles and their electronic components are expensive to fix). After taking it for a test drive , Mandy spent time with us going over the car features and answered our questions thoroughly on some of the features we never had before. She was very patient, kind, and thorough. I believe Dale? in the finance department helped in the final steps of payment. He was thorough and once again we never felt pressured into purchasing extras. I recommend Mandy and Dale for purchasing a vehicle.
