Outstanding service, communication and assistance. Over and above any service any dealer has ever provided me. On annual fall hunt Tacoma rear wheel bearing and seal failed. One call to Peace Country Toyota dealer and they got me in, fixed issue and charged book rate even though job was more difficult. Even called me into shop to show defective bearing and seal. Service and parts staff went out of their way to get me back on rd to camp as fast as possible. I was shocked to see 5 new sales completed in the afternoon while I waited. Now I know, a testament to the business. Thank You to you all. Mark B.

Awful experience with the service department. I felt I was lied to about what was done to what I got and I paid a premium for this. Kelowna dealership was awesome avoid penticton. I gave them a chance to keep me as a customer which was ignored.

A big thanks to Robert. He was very helpful in explaining what all of my options were pertaining to my brake service. He didn't try to oversell getting my brakes done, as they were good enough to take me well into the next service, I appreciated that as my finances are limited and if he had advised me to get them done instead of waiting, even tho it would have been a hardship, I would have had them serviced. He also told me what to expect at my next service. I liked that fact that my services can be pulled up by computer so he was also able to tell me when the last time my air filter had been changed. The shuttle driver was busy when my car was ready so Robert even picked me up himself. I didn't expect it, but did appreciate the fact that he remembered that I had a new dog at home and was worried about it being left alone too long! Just an example of the small things that add up to excellent service that goes beyond the technical aspect.

I bought a vehicle with a platinum ESP, and dealing with this dealership just validates why I despise doing business with any dealership. The service department is inconsistent with the invoices and I had to inquire about the discrepancies. They did not communicate the dates of the services as they progressed and I missed out on some of the maintenance steps as a result even though I provided evidence.
