My husband and I will forever bring our Jeep Cherokee into Servicing here. We had it towed from Lake Cowichan due to a Insurance Claim and the service team, specifically Darren was phenomenal to work with. I cant come to give 5 stars only because of Sales...my husband was inquiring about a vehicle and said he wanted new. The sales kid (yes kid) kept trying to push for a pre-owned vehicle. Hubby said no, the sales kid said that is all we would get approved for. VERY WRONG. Stay away from the sales dept, but service is fabulous.

This December, my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2021 faced unexpected issues. The check engine and ABS warning lights came on, the wipers wouldn’t stop, and the turn signals stopped working. To make matters worse, we were in the midst of a winter storm with cold rain and strong winds. Driving in those conditions without functional indicators was nerve-wracking and potentially hazardous for everyone on the road. Thankfully, I managed to get a short-notice appointment at Marine Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Edgar, who assisted me, took detailed notes and had my car brought in promptly. I was prepared for the worst after reading about similar experiences online—long delays and steep repair costs seemed inevitable. To my surprise, Edgar discovered the root issues: a battery down to 38% and a blown steering module. But here’s the best part—he got everything fixed free of charge! Talk about the Christmas spirit in action. A big shoutout to Edgar and the team at Marine Chrysler Dodge Jeep (450 S.E. Marine Drive, Vancouver, BC V5X 4V2). They are crooks. Every time I take my jeep in for service the prices are different each time. I even called for a quote and got told to bad that’s the price. I have a eco diesel jeep and my first oil change was 250 then it went to 300 next I went in it was 350. Do not use them they will xxxx your wallet and they are liars.

Firstly, I would like to acknowledge that the sales side of the business has always treated us well. We have worked with Sheldon multiple times and have always had a pleasurable experience. As our relationship continued with the dealership, we made the trip from Chilliwack to Abbotsford to have our vehicle serviced. The gentlemen at the counter are professional and approachable. Our latest purchase was a TAG (Trotman Auto Group) custom truck with a dealer installed BDS lift and 35s. The value of this being, dealer installation and supply of the parts was to maintain the warranty of the vehicle due to it being installed by certified technicians. After 8,500km the truck had a clunk in the front end. We brought it out to Abby Chrysler to have it diagnosed and repaired. The technician retorqued the front end (because it was loose) and after two days we received the truck back to take home. When we arrived home there was another major clunk coming from the rear end. We called the dealership and explained the situation and the nature of the dealer installed aftermarket’s. Due to us being limited to a single vehicle, we asked if it had to be looked at by their dealership and the appointment coordinator was adamant that it would be covered by Chryslers warranty and I could go to any dealership. Long story short, the other dealership diagnosed the issue as the rear being so loose the axel was shifting. (Obviously installer error). They proudly stated it was all fixed up and good to go and they handed me a bill for the repair. I was shocked as the truck still sat under 10k km and it should be covered under warranty. They explained that Chrysler will not warranty any aftermarket parts issues. When they reached out to Abbotsford Chrysler, explaining the situation, Abbotsford refused to cover the repair costs. The dealer was our go to and we had really enjoyed our experience but to be stuck with a shop bill after spending $90k on a truck feels outrageous. The dealership did end up offering a service credit at their dealership for the next service, but it turned us off from utilizing the service department in the future.

Brought my 2014 Q7 for repairs. First I was told that I needed a new power steering hose. After being in the shop for 4 days, they replaced it and charged me $1200. Then I was told it’s still leaking and I needed to replace my power steering cooler and it would cost a further $1500 plus tax. Was suspicious so brought my car to a local Audi specialist (not a dealership) to get a second opinion. They diagnosed the problem as a loose clamp. Strange how the clamp was loose!?!? Shop repaired it for $100! Went back to Downtown Audi for an explanation. They downplayed it and refused to admit they did anything wrong. You can formulate your own conclusions. STAY AWAY!

Had my dodge in for service over the span of a month. My vehicle was misdiagnosed and I paid for parts and install on each occasion. The level of incompetence from both the mechanics and the service department were unbelievable. I am out thousands for what should have been a quick easy fix. I get it, xxxx happens but the service department has been unwilling to help pay for what they admit was their own fault. What a waste of time and money. Go anywhere else but here for service. I have literally not one good thing to say about any of the service I got from any of the staff at this dealership.

The service department quoted me $2002 dollars to fix a well known issue the sliding door actuator on the drivers side sliding door. Went to a reputable mechanic who fixed it using a genuine part for under $500. Apparently they charge $180 to diagnose the problem which the service department was not upfront about when I booked the appointment. When asked if they believe this issue is safety concern as the door completely locks and has no manual override, they didn’t see it as a safety concern. There is a recall for certain years and models, even though all are using the same locking actuator. The service manager seemed interested to help and said he would follow up with his “Rep” regarding my safety concerns. He did not follow up as promised. I own a Dodge Caravan and. Cherokee Trailhawk. Will definitely look at another manufacturer when I purchase new. Completely dissatisfied and this is the first negative review I have left. Just goes to show how disappointing this process has been.

Sold our daughter a 2018 civic. The day after she had to bring back as the front brake was hot and ALL had to be replaced after they told her again that nothing was wrong with the brakes. then tried to charge her $90 telling her she was lucky that's all they were charging and she even paid $2000 warranty. AC also broken and a smell inside the car which she mentioned with no result. She took to a Honda dealer for the AC repair, mentioned the smell inside and THEY found a dog toy stuck above the muffler which was melting. Obviously this dealer doesn't check their vehicles prior to selling and imagine if her breaks went on the Malahat. I'm so upset they put my daughter in danger, Shame on you

For more accurate reviews check Google. Nobody's perfect but this company makes every effort to take care of their customers. And, when ever there have been any issues the manager has always made himself available to the customers to discuss their concerns. As a business owner I am also aware that review companies like this quite often charge the owners of the businesses to sign up with them so the business can reach out to the people who have had concerns. They essentially hold the company hostage for fees. Google is free, make sure you check the Google review site before taking these smaller companies at the word of the reviewers.

Least helpful business I have ever dealt with. First off I has a factory recall on my Dodge 1500 air bag. they did the air bag than charged me $75 to reset the airbag light telling me that the reset wasn't covered by the recall. Pretty sure that was a lie.
