I had my 2016 F150 serviced at the Dealership recently and from start to finish I received excellent customer service from Jen. Her communication went beyond what I am used to. She was polite, honest and genuinely seemed to be happy to help. She gave me continous updates without me having to ask and provided me a complete summary of my repairs and service required without being pushy. I will definitely bring my truck back for service when needed.

Friendly fast service . Was a air bag recall . Only issue was 1 1/2 years pryor the airbag did not arrive for tha appointment booked . Was told that they would call me when it came in . I did not recieve a call and forgot about it . Remembered , called the service department and they ordered it and this appointment was all good

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Mazda Wolfe Langley, where they attempted to scam my mother out of $15,000 in hidden mechanic fees. The so-called “mechanic specialist,” Brian, went ahead with unauthorized repairs without my mother’s consent, and when confronted, the staff—including the manager, Mike—tried to gaslight me into believing she had approved them. This dealership operates with zero integrity, prioritizing deception over honest business practices. Instead of taking accountability, they doubled down on their lies, making every excuse possible to justify their fraudulent actions. It’s clear they have no respect for their customers and will exploit anyone who isn’t paying close attention. If you value transparency, honesty, and ethical service, stay far away from Mazda Wolfe Langley. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a vehicle.

worst service i have ever had ! I had good time with destination honda for almost 3 years. but this time the service was so shocked ! I had a oil change service Feb 18 2025, the next day , I found my car seat was vibrated, a cellphone left in my car was owned by one technician honda burnaby. I had to drive back to honda to return the cellphone. the next day, i was driving on the highway, i found weird noise under my car like the metal rub on the floor. I had to get off the highway and check, found the one side of the metal piece was falling down because the technician didnt tight the screw!, because the next 2 days was holidays. i cannot get the problem solved, so I get back to honda and noone showed very care of my bad experience. just said sorry. then I made review on survey. one of the express manger called me and listened my voice, he promised to call me back, and he never did! I called him after 3 weeks later, and he totally forgot about me, then he just brush me off pass the case to another manager kevin. and Kevin never called me ! I paid for the top price and get the terrible services , will not come back !

Service department especially Mr. Sanjeev chaube, such a rude, arrogant guy, with no customer service and communication skills that how to interact with a customer. Been there for a service because got stuck in an emergency situation. Otherwise I always refrain going to Langley and surrey dealerships. Such a bad, unfriendly customer service that will give negative rating if possible.

Took my car to Openroad Hyundai in October of 2023 to have an issue with the rain sensing wipers. They found that the sensing pad that is stuck on the windshield was starting to come away from the glass. Asked if they could order a replacement and they said they would. Called in January of 2024 to see if they had it yet and was told nothing had arrived. Called Jim Pattison Hyundai to see if they had a replacement pad and had the pad 2 days later. Seems that Openroad is not interested in helping customers out. I'll be dealing with Jim Pattison Hyundai going forward.

When signing for our brand new Forte they didn't give us the rims or the spare tire they promised us so instead we had to use our old rim and tires and no spare. They gave us free oil change for life when we got the car and when we took it in for service they told us it's not for life it's free for 6 visits. Service department use to be the only thing saving the dealership from a 1 star but now they are change policies that we were promised. The sales floor is also a joke trying to tell them to stop phone and harassing 2-3times a week because they and to buy back the car even after telling them to stop phone and that we are not interested. And a final thing was the sales man who did all the work that we finally liked and talked to didn't get the sale the first guy we talked to who was very rude to my wife got the sale.... never coming here again.

Took my recently purchased 2023 chevy trailblazer in for first servicing today. Was pleasantly surprised with prompt courtesy shuttle service both ways. Complete print out on everything done on the car after 18 k....no charge. Very happy with outcome, as hoped.
