When I worked here a cpl months I called out dishonest practices and when told by owner too bad its the way it is, I quit Jobs that had been misdiagnosed for months only to find the very first step of repair was being skipped, when discovered I was told to bill customer anyways. Without too much negativity....Try any other dodge dealership

For more accurate reviews check Google. Nobody's perfect but this company makes every effort to take care of their customers. And, when ever there have been any issues the manager has always made himself available to the customers to discuss their concerns. As a business owner I am also aware that review companies like this quite often charge the owners of the businesses to sign up with them so the business can reach out to the people who have had concerns. They essentially hold the company hostage for fees. Google is free, make sure you check the Google review site before taking these smaller companies at the word of the reviewers.

Had my dodge in for service over the span of a month. My vehicle was misdiagnosed and I paid for parts and install on each occasion. The level of incompetence from both the mechanics and the service department were unbelievable. I am out thousands for what should have been a quick easy fix. I get it, xxxx happens but the service department has been unwilling to help pay for what they admit was their own fault. What a waste of time and money. Go anywhere else but here for service. I have literally not one good thing to say about any of the service I got from any of the staff at this dealership.

We have been customers of both the Chrysler and Toyota sides of this business for many years and have never had cause for complaint. The service we have had is exemplary, problems have been managed efficiently and our vehicles have been cared for very competently. I have no complaints.

Over $ 1200 in markups over online posted price and claimed all jeep dealers do this. We recieved a $1000 discount offer from mopar which Shane claimed was included in online price, found out that was one of many lies. Will be driving further for next deal.

I had nothing but great experience with this dealership. Tony and Tanner were extremely helpful and always answered our questions quickly. We had shopped around and they offered us the best price and we are getting exactly what we wanted. Vehicle is a custom ordered in truck in our town so we won't bee having to have it delivered to the home.

Horrible experience. Employed shady slimy sales tactics and outright lied to my wife and I. Screwed us on our trade in. Tried charging $499 for nitrogen in the tires. Service department is rude. Owner would not reply to an email I sent him about my concerns. Never ever will deal here again

Awesome Service Department. I got my used Ram truck in Burnaby in early Feb/2020 and brought it in to Foundation CDJR in Squamish a for Peace of Mind inspection. Bradley took great care with me and even provided me with a summary report of my truck’s VIP Summary Report with all service, warranty & recall history. Adrian provided me with an update of a pending recall and took away any concerns I had. Service a Manager Don Khela came out of his office to introduce himself and told me to see him if I ever have any issues. I asked him about a third-party extended warranty I had purchased and he assured me it was from a good company and he even knew one of their administrators personally. I was there for an hour while truck being inspected and felt comfortable, well-informed and thorough with any explanations. I look forward to having my truck serviced there as I know I will be looked after like any customer wants but seldom gets. Thank you team. J. Singh Biln Squamish

After I gave up on those creeps in PG I made the drive south to Quesnel and went to Regency Dodge. What great service from Fatima at the front who greeted me to Katrina in sales. I highly recommend them.
