Jay S. showed me a Boxster at the end of day on Saturday a week back which had just come in and looked really good. Jay noted the car had yet to be inspected. I called Jay the following Friday with the intention to purchase after a test drive when he told me the car was sold. Jay never called me to let me know the inspection was done nor a courtesy call to let me know the car was sold. I felt like I was wasting Jay's time just to call him. He never said "sorry the car sold" or I'll call you if the deal doesn't go through or if we get another one in. Basically there was nothing in it for Jay so he made me feel like I should get lost. I was NEVER ever treated like this at Vancouver Porsche Follow up and customer respect - Jay gets an F!

Worst automotive experience of my life. I leased a Cayenne plug in hybrid from them 3 years ago. Awful car. Glitchy transmission, terrible rear view camera, awful head on display … Was lied to on everything from time of delivery to battery range to resale value. At the end they claimed it was worth 52k It is now for sale at the dealership for 82k Their salesmen were dishonest to the core. Service department was great but pricy STAY AWAY!
