I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the installation of windshield wipers on my vehicle at this establishment. I feel compelled to bring this matter to everyones attention and share my experience, as I believe it reflects a significant lapse in the quality of service provided by this company.
On Jan 20th, 2023, I visited this service centre to have new windshield wipers installed on my vehicle. Two months after the installation on March 31st, 2023, I noticed that the wipers were not functioning properly after I had raised them to scrape snow off the windshield. They were making a funny noise and when I inspected further I noticed one had become loose and came off easily as I was attempting to fix it. In this process the wiper arm snapped back into place and cracked the windshield glass.
After ensuring that the windshield blades were faulty by the service technician the replaced the windshield glass, I promptly returned to ensign pacific to address the issue and request a resolution. Regrettably, the customer service I encountered with Will Reyes during my visit was equally disappointing. The entire staff seemed disinterested and did not take my concerns seriously. Despite my insistence that I be reimbursed for the broken windshield, my request was met with apathy and a dismissive attitude.
I was astounded by the lack of attention to detail and the substandard workmanship exhibited by your technicians. It is unacceptable that such a basic task was not carried out correctly, considering that it is a routine service provided by your company.
As a result of this poor service, I had to endure additional expenses to rectify the mistake made by your technicians. This incident has not only caused me frustration but also eroded my trust in your company's ability to provide reliable and satisfactory service.
I firmly believe that it is essential for businesses to be aware of the impact their actions have on their customers and the reputation they hold in the community. Furthermore, this company needs to review training procedures, quality control measures, and customer service protocols to ensure that such lapses do not occur in the future. Customers should be able to rely on your company for professional and reliable service, and it is crucial to uphold these standards consistently.
