Poor service. - markdallavee
Poor service. only interested in lease extended but no interest in your time or costs for repairs. I was charged double for brake pads that could have been completed at another shop for 1/2 the cost. When I let them know my time and expense it was only a response for justification of those charges. I will never lease a vehicle with Open Road again.
