I was at the dealership for two hours as I had to wait for the service on my car to be performed. During that time, I every one I met made me feel welcome and was happy to answer any questions I had about the dealership and the cars I was looking at while waiting for mine.

the sales guy, will not go to bat for you and he has many words to explain why he shouldn't do anything for you. He even got my name wrong after repeated corrections. if you run into any problems, you'll be on your own. I even had to call a couple times to get my deposit back.
