many concerns with how they treat the elderly. - randyogrady
many concerns with how they treat the elderly. First my 90 year old mom bought a new car. I went and approved the deal telling the sales rep "no extra fees, no tire or windshield insurance etc" he agreed but when she picked up the car I noticed they talked her into paying for Paint Protection wax? for $700. Upset I complained they shrugged and said its already done. Fast forward 18 month, her new car has 25,000 km and she gets an email saying she needs new breaks on her car. How is this possible with such low KM when the internet says average is 50,000Km with most going 70,000 as well as the fact they never even inspected the car. They quoted $800 again without even looking at the car. How is this not senior abuse? At the very least taking advantage of someone vulnerable who they scare into spending unnecessary money. My call to service went unanswered and message not returned. Beware!
