Tano was first class and I recommend him as a salesman. - JoeyG
Tano was first class and I recommend him as a salesman. As nice as they all were I still feel cheated and my concerns after they were paid were ignored. My mistake for trusting them. First class dealership but they are out to make money and not friends. Know your stuff because they will rob you if they can. I now have to spend 700 out of pocket for an exterior detail that was supposed to be done by them. This is on me for trusting them. Would I buy again after shady negotiations and interest rates manipulation? The answer is NO. That being said Tano, Sunday and Gilbert were all first class. Arminder as much as I liked him I felt he could have done much better. It's a business and all smiles and friendly on your your way in but once the deal is done it is basically screw you. That is my experience and I promised them I would expose what happened. Spending 49 grand total for a vehicle that whoever detailed it got a film or haze over 90% of my Jeep. It was not the same Jeep I had seen a week earlier or as pictured. Something happened and I do not know what. The response of a 2-1/2 year old vehicle will all look like that is absurd. So people know your prices, options etc but trusting this dealership is not something I can honestly recommend. Honestly after this negative review I still very much like all the people I met there especially Tano whose hands were tied in the final paint decision. Sunday the finace fellow was awesome and Gilbert the insurance fellow was great as well. Hey Arminder was very nice too but unfortunately I do not agree with his paint decision especially when I pointed out cement like substances from bird poop on my roof after the deal was done. They knew it was there and did nothing. I am needing the whole roof cut polished and waxed to make it satisfactory, not happy one bit, hence the rant here. They could have done better!
