If you want to have a smooth experience with buying an Audi, do yourself a favour & go anywhere but here.
The sales staff -leading up to management- have little to no regard in open communication. Sales rep. Ethan Bartha is comfortable sending abruptly rude text messages and not disclosing pertinent information in regards to vehicles for sale.
Sales Manager Ryan will screen calls/not call back when he says he will (this happened on two separate occasions where never called back) and not reply to emails.
I went so far as to email the GM of the dealership when I had no reply from either Ethan or Ryan after waiting several days, and had no reply from the GM -just a phone call from Ryan telling me that he had expected me to take delivery of the vehicle just with a different sales rep., as I had outlined in my previous email to him (of which he did not reply) that I was no longer comfortable dealing with Ethan.
I was ready and willing to purchase from this dealership up until this point but had wanted some sort of acknowledgement of my poor experience.
I had expected exceptional customer service and attention to detail from a brand such as Audi, but received a very disappointing experience.
I was able to get my deposit back, so take of that what you will, as from reading previous reviews it seems they hold onto the deposits quite tightly.
