Just tried to purchase a vehicle ONLY to find out the car had been sold behind my back NOT even the coutesy of a call or text back. Had to call the manager to find out the status. Salesman ghosted me.

If you want to have a smooth experience with buying an Audi, do yourself a favour & go anywhere but here. The sales staff -leading up to management- have little to no regard in open communication. Sales rep. Ethan Bartha is comfortable sending abruptly rude text messages and not disclosing pertinent information in regards to vehicles for sale. Sales Manager Ryan will screen calls/not call back when he says he will (this happened on two separate occasions where never called back) and not reply to emails. I went so far as to email the GM of the dealership when I had no reply from either Ethan or Ryan after waiting several days, and had no reply from the GM -just a phone call from Ryan telling me that he had expected me to take delivery of the vehicle just with a different sales rep., as I had outlined in my previous email to him (of which he did not reply) that I was no longer comfortable dealing with Ethan. I was ready and willing to purchase from this dealership up until this point but had wanted some sort of acknowledgement of my poor experience. I had expected exceptional customer service and attention to detail from a brand such as Audi, but received a very disappointing experience. I was able to get my deposit back, so take of that what you will, as from reading previous reviews it seems they hold onto the deposits quite tightly.

Worst service experience ive ever had. I’ve had Audis for years. The Downtown Audi service in Vancouver used to be great. It’s been getting worse and worse and now it’s truly horrible. No communication, no accountability, unreasonable delays. After all of these enjoying Audis I’m going to trade this one in on a new BMW instead. I bought a BMW X1 for my kids two years ago and their service has been outstanding at the BMW store. Very respectful and professional. Audi had me as a faithful longstanding customer and treated me so disrespectfully that I’m leaving the brand even though I love my car. Good riddance Audi!

I bought a vehicle from them and all was good with servicing while it was under warranty. The warranty has expired yet I would like to maintain regular servicing through the dealership. To book a service I called three times at approx. 2 week intervals and was unable to speak with anyone in the service department. I left VM each time with a description and call back number. None of my calls has been followed up on. I'm looking for a different Audi dealer for any future Audi service and purchasing needs.

Outstanding purchase experience and follow up from Blair MacKeigan and the team at Turner VW. We were searching for a specific vehicle (Alltrack), and had several to choose from at various dealers in BC. Straightforward, honest communication from Blair brought our business to Turner in spite of several options closer to Van Isle. We are knowledgeable about the auto business, and have high expectations of sales teams, Blair exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process, as did the rest of the team as we worked out details on some additional options we wanted on the car before purchase, and doing long distance resolution of a minor issue with the hood wrap. Highly recommended!
