Our experience at Lougheed Acura was trouble free. Both Chris (sales) and Helen (finance) were personable and attentive which made the purchase of a 2024 MDX easy and timely since we returned to Kamloops the same day under inclement winter conditions. Their assistance was appreciated. Guri helped effectively with the insurance and Patrice (manager) added another professional contact to the dealership. Worth the drive.

Acura of Langley service department turned us away twice for service. No help whatsoever. We even bought the car from this location. The car was involved in an accident. Its suspension was recently fixed in a body shop, but warning lights keep appearing randomly. We called Acura of Langley and the service person (Destiny) kept saying to bring the car back to the body shop and not to bring it there due to liability reasons. We went back to the body shop 3 times. They did what they could but to no avail. I would expect an Acura technician to be able to diagnose and fix the issue and not a body shop. The body shop was even trying to get help from the dealership to diagnose the problem but they refused. Payment was not an issue. We just want it fixed. We went to another Acura dealership and they took us in and offered options moving forward.

They sold us a demo vehicle with 300kms on it at the full msrp price with no discount, also be aware of all the extra fees they charge for on the sales agreement and make sure you never get the extra wheels/tires warranty they try and push you to take.

We showed up with 45 min before closing thinking we may just look at vehicles and come back the next day to test drive. Spencer Larson meet us on the lot and was most accommodating. He took us for a test drive and stayed 1.5 hours past closing to answer our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend seeing Spencer if you're looking to purchase a vehicle from Harmony Acura/Honda.
