I have bought two vehicles from River City Hyundai over the last 18 months. The sale experience was excellent, staff was knowledgeable and courteous and the price was more than fair. I have also had these vehicles serviced there and would not take them anywhere else. The service advisor was extremely efficient and easy to deal with, the service prompt and what was done was above and beyond what was promised.

This dealership truly does put service first I have my Jeep wrangler serviced here and my Ford E450 motorhome It is light years above the Jeep dealer not only in atmosphere but i don't see the padded estimates for service for thousands of dollars every time i get an oil change. They fix what's necessary and not what makes them extra cash from an uneducated driver, for example $80 to change my cabin filter which takes 2 minutes Great job Cam Clark my next vehicle will definitely be bought here from Brock

Eastside does not make it easy to come in and do a quick oil change. Had to book an appointment ( instead of early morning drop off) and waited 2 hours. Makes quick lube type service look a lot more favourable. Also were prepared to do a complementary car wash without asking.. I prefer to wash my own as theirs is not touchless.

Took my car here and it was almost the end of the day and they still did not have any idea why it has issues. Had to leave overnight and next day told they cannot find issue. I pick up my car and told I have to pay $200 just to look and tell me nothing is wrong even though it has warranty. I would not taken here if told that first. They rip of single parent in hard times.

Horrible experience in servicing my Jaguar. We were looking for just a diagnosis on an engine rattle noise. They damaged the 2 central lock units and estimate done by them of $11,000 to replace these 2 units. They rejected to fix what they damaged and return my car back on the same condition it was before the diagnosis. So don’t trust in them. Know that they will damage your car and they won’t take any responsibility.
