the worst dealership I've seen in Canada. the pressure from the sellers of additional services is huge. until they force you to buy something (additional warranty, bodywork, theft protection) - they won't give you the car. avoid these "so-called" sellers

We worked with Reagan Salton and were very pleased throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions, was thorough, knowledgeable and patient. Over the 9 months in which it took the vehicle to arrive after ordering, Reagan was certain to check in monthly to provide progress updates and answer any other question we may have had. I decided to give South Pointe Toyota a 5 star review as a retired 69 year old oil field professional with 50 years experience in service. From a warm and welcoming receptionist to Chris Ye who welcomed me and arranged for Ray to perform an hour training session combined with finalizing the details with finance (which most people dread). Cory Hogue had been welcoming and laid out the options in the most professional way without any “pressure tactics. Just a nice conversation about our stages in life and let me chose what worked for me. Buying a brand new Crown Signia is a big deal and they were so easy to work with through the buying process. When we had sorted out the deal I took a 4 hour bus ride to Calgary from Edmonton to pick up my new vehicle today and could not be happier. As a background I have worked out of Toronto, Houston and managed a multinational company from Antwerp Belgium. They were superb to work with! Just got back home after a 3 hour drive with my new Crown Signia and averaged 6.9 litres/100km driving 110-120 km/hr. Confirmed $1,300.00/year with Toyota by retiring my Hyundia Santa Fe Sport which was 12 years old. Could not be happier and the Signia steered itself all the way home on cruise control. I was amazed at the technology!

This dealership engages in a dishonest and unethical way of doing business from sales to finance. I was looking for a used car so I can manage the payment within my safe limit. Here comes Cindee telling me" why not get a new car coz it is only 4.99% Interest". She said it is much better than used car at 8%. That same day April 13, she forwarded us to the finance mgr Rajpal for quotations. Just the quotations coz we are just inquiring. But did not give us the quotations we were expecting. To make the story short, Discrepancy and fluctuations in the prices were evident and failure to disclose additional charges has been discovered upon reading. Its like you are being held captives of their own terms without you aware of it. Their Rav4 was overpriced and it was not disclose by Raj. Cindee told us that our deposit will no longer be refunded which is againts consumer rights. As a purchaser we have the right to be informed, have a choice, a voice, and redress. Which obviously has been violated by them. They were also pushy in giving a perfect review in google and toyota. They want perfecet score not just 9 but 10.. perfect 10. When you ask Cindee why did she told us that its 4.99% interests before. She denied saying it and said "you talk to Raj I'm not in finance". Denied everything now but when we first met her she acted as if she knows everything." I can show you the quotations" she said before. It was witnessed by my mom and husband thats why we were persuaded to get brand new instead of getting affordable used car at first. They were very friendly and pleasant at first but after asking a lot of questions, which you really need to do, their true colors shown. They will make a lot of promises that they will broke after you signed. Try to avoid this dealership to save you from headaches and wrong decisions.
