Merging down on ramp up to highway speed when I noticed a pronounced shimmy. Thought it might be a delaminating tire due to contact with a hidden curb in deep snow earlier in the week. Spoke with Ryan in service and he advised getting rid of the ice build up on my 20" alloy rims. $3.00 later at the spray and wash - problem solved. Thanks again Ryan.

I have complained about the steering on my 2023 Rm 1500 Limited since time of purchase I took it in to the dealership to have the steering diagnosed. The truck sat at the dealership all day 7:00 to 16:00 only to be told someone drove the truck and its fine. I did not ask for someone to drive my truck and guess that it is fine. What I would have hoped for was professional service. Diagnosis would involve checking the front end up on the lift. Alignment being done no matter what to be sure it was ok. It's a $100,000 truck even if I had to pay for an alignment then I would have piece of mind. I was never offered the option and I feel like I was blowen off like I had no value as a customer. My truck sat there for 9 hours only to be driven and told it was good. I am the customer and should have bee given the respect of giving me options after driving my truck. There is no crystal ball saying everything was good. Only with proper diagnosis could we be sure everything is OK. Inspection of front end. Alignment done. maybe wheel balancing should have been discussed. An estimate would have been appreciated. I did not ask for opinions I wanted service and proper diagnoses.

The old saying warranty is only as good as the dealership. Don't expect warranty out of these guys. They will give you every excuse in the book as too why they shouldn't warranty. even after buying multiple new vehicles through them when I had one with some warranty issues they treated me like they didn't know me.

Does not accept responsibility for workmanship. Would not recommend this service department to any for work. Also since going to another dealership for work I have found out that stettler dodge prices are extremely high compared to this other dealership I now go to. Didn’t realize how much they weee over charging for work.

Been coming here since 2005, worst service I have ever received recently. Have lost total faith in them. Won't ever be returning, ended up taking twice as long for a part that in the end never arrived, and cost me a extra week of vehicle rental. Terrible.

I wanted to let everyone know about the great work that the service department is doing. I recently had problems with the Ram Truck. Jim in service was absolutely top notch in dealing with the problem, he took the time to explain the procedure on a day where the department was swamped and he was dealing everything by himself. He is an asset to the organization and his customer service skills are above and beyond you would normally expect. Thanks Jim

JEEP BUYERS BEWARE: This dealership will deny the - spwatmough

JEEP BUYERS BEWARE: This dealership will deny the warranty you’re entitled to. I have bought brand new Jeeps for the last 21 years, and I will NOT be purchasing Jeep in the future. I would advise you to choose a vehicle brand that is NOT FIAT (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge) to save you from the nightmare that the Jeep and other Fiat brands will cause you! They misdiagnosed my Jeep Gladiator problem, blaming it on pinion bearings that would not be covered by warranty due to modifications causing wear and tear on the part. I took it to a different mechanic shop, and they informed me that the pinion bearings are completely fine and not damaged at all. The true problem is the back side gears (a known and VERY common problem in Jeep Wranglers & Gladiators). Side gears would NOT be affected by the modifications, and, according to the owners manual: "Modifications do not void warranty unless they cause damage to the part needing replacement." It seems like quite the scam for the Jeep service department to be ‘misdiagnosing’ a problem not covered by warranty, and not reporting/admitting the true problem, which would be covered by warranty. They are also the only major car dealership in Canada to withdraw from CAMVAP, which is a company that helps mitigate warranty issues. Steer clear of the Jeep and Fiat brands if you want to save yourself stress when it comes time to collect on warranty!!

Needed work done to my transmission and couldn't get it in locally so I called them. They got it in and fixed up right away and it has been great ever since. Thank you Vermilion Chrysler! Their parts guys are always great to work with too

Drop my car off for warrenty work unexpected breakdown Was told they would have it in the shop within the hour to let me know what's wrong. Gave them 3 hours only to return and find my car outside and not touched .When I asked about it they said they would get it in right away. At first they said the car ran fine and to get the window to work I just had to shake my door . They offered me a loaner and told me they would call me and let me know. 5 days go by I had to call to find out there waiting on parts I was fine with that but a call would have been nice. The following week I called back they said they don't get parts on a Monday and I get it i don't want to work on Mondays why would dodge .I call Tuesday parts in they will call me by 3 pm by this time I needed my car by the next morning again no call from them. I call back to find again my car was not touched I got nothing but excuses about broken bolts on other cars and sick employees. It will be 12 days my car has been at this shop and excuses blaming dodge for there shipping procedures .it's never the shops fault. I will never return to this shop for anything. Kevin and the young lady working service with all there excuses has help me with that decision. Thanks for nothing wainalta
