Incredible service - Matt Sellers

The service is incredible. I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care.

Don't look for another shop-this is the one if you want a great experience! Call them, you won't be disappointed! They do top notch work from estimating to repair -this team knows the industry and the level of expectation for their work. You won't find better satisfaction around town.

Took my car in for alignment at Gary Moe Mazda, as it was - Clairelayton

Took my car in for alignment at Gary Moe Mazda, as it was pulling to the right. Was told my rear differential was shot. The serviceman was adamant that this was a major concern that needed to be addressed quickly. Even wanted us to pay for the parts right then so they could be ordered and they were not refundable. He even suggested we could have an issue and not make it home. It was going to be over $6 thousand to replace/repair. Took my car to my son. He is a journeyman mechanic. He checked the oil in the rear differential, something Gary Moe did not show us. He said it was clean, that there were no fillings in it and there was no burning smell, and it was not dark in colour. He took it for a drive. There was no noise. Son checked the wheel barrings too and they are good. The only issue is that the car STILL pulls to the right after leaving service at Gary Moe. After son’s inspection it was found that there is a tire issue which mechanics at Gary Moe did not find. Cost of repair is less than $6000. I find it reprehensible to push a repair that isn’t needed and would not even fix the problem it was having. It’s dishonest. It is at the very least incompetence. I WILL NOT be back to Gary Moe and will not recommend it to anyone else.

Utterly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and ethics at this location. The General manager needs retraining on customer service and if you like your vehicle please do not take it to this dealership you will be disappointed !

Further to my complaint on Jan .12 I ask the m.m. why this happened, he said they were trying to assess why it happened. Why did you have to assess if all you kept saying it wasn't torqued properly. If it was installed properly and torqued properly in you shop it should never have fallen off. Also I said to the S.M. it wasn't my fault,his reply was it didn't happen on there property, so it was the responsibility was on who's property it was on, it wasn't on my property, it was on a Highway in Sask.Do I go to the Dept of Highways In Sask. as that is where it fell off.If it was done properly in Leduc, this should never of happened. I had to have both back wheels taken off and one replaced as it was totaled, the other was ok to use. This work was done In saskatoon. They were installed and torqued properly before they left there shop.Didn't need to stop to them torqued again it was not required. MAde it back home no problems. I incurred over $2000.00 expenses, tow truck, workdone in Saskatoon on rear tires, hotels 5 Nights over Christmas meals etc. All they would pay for was the spare tire that I had to replace, which I refused. Very disappointed with your attitude and no help. BJM

Iwent there to get the co-signer off of my car, they wanted me to buy a new one so we compared the prices and i declined Because my boyfriend was not with me and i did not want to make that decsion without him there,then the acting manager for that day came in and was explaining the differences my mom who was with me told him that we were not there to buy a new car we were there to take the co-signer off, well then the acting manager started to argue and be rude with my mom so she left. Then Arty started to pressure me again i told 3 more times that i was not interested and he told me i was making a wrong decision, so i said i don't appricate how we were being treated and he says that we were being rude first ansd i replied why because i said no! He then started to yell at me slaming his hands on his desk then he got up and walked towards the door and yelled "You can just F%$k Off!!" I have never been treated so horribly in my life and if thats the way they treat there customers i want nothing to do with them and i will NEVER recommend them to anyone!! xxxx As far as i am concerned!!

Had right tailgate strut replaced. After charging me $1,067.83 for the part had the gall to charge 15.33 for shop supplies! When asked what supplies where used, received the reply, "We always charge a percentage for shop supplies." Oh, but you got a free car wash! Heads-up! Amazon.ca has the same strut for $427.63!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! They have the WORST Service Dept. I've ever dealt with!! We brought in our 2009 Mazda 6 to be serviced for a possible heater core issue. They wasted a day's labour with no diagnosis after working on it for a full 8 hours and charged us over $800!! All they did was a rad flush to see if that solved the issue. Of course, it didn't. The second day we brought it back, they did nothing but another rad flush! DO NOT DEAL WITH AZIZ - he has very POOR ENGLISH in his video messages, you cannot understand him at all! He sent us a video of someone else's work on another vehicle. In the correct video he finally sent us, he looked like he was panicking because nothing looked like it was done to the car, so he poured some rad fluid in it VERY SLOPPILY. They did 4 rad flushes, instead of replacing the heater core. These guys HAVE NO CLUE what they're doing! POOR MECHANICS!! My husband was very upset that we spent so much money & they didn't even fix the problem. They weren't willing to give us a discount the second day either. The service guys also just sit there with a silly grin on their face. They have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Telling us to go somewhere else! You'd think because we're promoting their Mazda line, they'd be willing to help! The only guy who was nice & helpful was the shuttle driver & told my husband that there have been A LOT of unhappy Customers! Nobody cares about you at all. Even higher up management. They probably just sit back & laugh about how they're ripping people off every day, so they can keep putting marble floors & fountains in their building & money in their wallets! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE - WILL NEVER GO BACK & will spread the word to EVERYONE!!!
