I went to Lexus Royaloak for regular maintenance and oil change today. They offer a complimentary pedicure(By appointment only) in a private nail Spa. This is my first time try out the service. Nozomi Takahashi a very nice lady with a big warmly smile. She make my day. The advisor in the service department is also very friendly too.

The service is incredible. I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care.

Don't look for another shop-this is the one if you want a great experience! Call them, you won't be disappointed! They do top notch work from estimating to repair -this team knows the industry and the level of expectation for their work. You won't find better satisfaction around town.

I have had my vehicle serviced at Lexus of Calgary since my husband bought it in 2001. Now on my own I continue to bring for servicing and feel that the service staff know the vehicle and are taking good care of it. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and now my car gets the Senior designation!

Brought the 2023 RX350h for a cruse control issue. Service manager Robert Watson kept the car at the dealership until the problem was determined and solved. Robert gave us a RX350 to go home to Hinton until the new part could be installed. Lexus driver delivered our Lexus and took their Lexus back. Service was amazing. Great service writers, technicians, and service manager. A pleasure to deal with.

this is second time i got bad service at south pointe, first time is accounting guy charge my credit card without my authorized, , second time today November 18 2024 after the trip my lexes inner cover front passenger loose and flap to my tire , and i bring to south pointe for service, and they claim i hit something, but i did not hit anything, and the manager of service point her finger to the rims had scratch, and i told her this is a winter rims i bough used for winter time, but she so ignorance, then said we don't fix, i ask her how about my 4 years warranty, she not answer then told me bring to different place, anyway this the worst service I ever been through. then final she told me drive away from the dealer
