I wish I could give them 0 stars, or better yet -5. I worked here for years and I am telling all the customers that you are getting scammed. Working here really broke my trust in humans, car dealer owners, managers/supervisors, coworkers, etc. If you the customer thinks you’re being scammed try working for a man who steals half your hours from a job, but charges Ford Canada the full hours and pockets that half that you’re missing. Forces workers to replace an engine for free… free work? Their is a word for that and it rhymes with slavery.

We had our key fixed two months ago and it broke again and they “don’t warranty broken” we literally just had it fixed and they are not accommodating what was just fixed. Totally unacceptable and they were so rude. Go to a different ford. Worse experience ever and the money spent multiple times was not okay!

Our car, which hadn't been cleaned inside since we bought it new in 2020!, was completely detailed inside and out in several hours less than they had estimated originally. I couldn't believe how good it looks. Maybe even better than when I picked it up. Kudos to Service Manager Austin Peinhaup. He's a problem fixer if you need one. I highly recommend the detail department! Great work!

Took my 80000 dollar truck in for turbo issues with 100 000 km last bit of warranty so thought better get this delt with the truck sat there for over a month dealer having problems finding a turbo can’t imagine why that would be a problem with all the 6.7 on the road but ok sure get the truck back turbo still surging on flat ground drove it about 6 months started noticing exhaust black film underneath the hood right above turbo I check all the clamps I could see no problem take it back to the dealer they look at it plug in scan it oh they tell me exhaust manifolds leaking I ask how much too fix 3000 grand they say I think to myself that seems a little high especially since you guys were just in there we should have discussed this when you had the turbo out already so I wander over to grande prairie to a mechanic that ran a ford service department for years I say how much to change the manifolds studs and gaskets 1900 plus tax he starts working on it sends pictures a hour later crack Ed remand turbo why did peace river ford throw a remand turbo in my truck did I buy a used truck from them very disappointed so then I phone peace river fords service department no warranty on there remand piece of xxxx turbo 3months warranty remand turbos are hugely known to crack easily oh but bring it in we’ll go to bat for you well no sorry you guys are not trustworthy anymore i will never walk through that door again will drive the extra 20 min to get any parts or filters for a dealer that’s been around so long you thinks they would know what the xxxx there doing This motor has been around for quite awhile. Now just remember 20000 km on a remand turbo this truck has had meticulous maintenance and is spotless 90 percent of the time and a whopping 120000 km why are we paying such high prices for xxx vehiclesI guess so we trade them in every 5 years another thing these dealers need to drop there hourly rate and stop acting like it’s the first time dealing with this problem

I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change. Came out with an oil pan leak (it's winter and I have been parking on the same snow covered driveway for months and there have been no oil drips in the snow until I brought it home from the oil change), another seal leak and cracked brake hoses. Non of these problems were there before I took it into the Pincher Creek Ford. When quoted for repairs, I inquired as to how long it would take to repair and the answer was "5,6 hours for one job.. plus the technicians lunch and coffee breaks", I don't take my own coffee breaks and I am not about to pay someone else's. I strongly suggest you avoid servicing your vehicle there, I strongly suspect they have intentionally damaged my vehicle. I have heard rumours of them doing this before as well but passed them off as rumours. My opinions have now changed.

After having a bad experience with a dealership in Edmonton I decided to call Rainbow Ford to get a second opinion about getting a vehicle. Kerry was very friendly and invited us in to look at some vehicles the next day. We test drove a vehicle in the morning and met with financing and within a few hours we drove away in our new Ford Escape! We got an amazing price with a great interest rate! Thank you so much Kerry and also Berry for the great customer service!

Service is the wrong for this department there is none a month for service and they still have not got to it yet run to any one else but these clowns.if you really want a ford buy in Lethbridge or any where else

had my truck taken in 2 months ago, for a oil change, and just checked my fluid today, and it was 2 + inches over the fill line, you guys have to hire people who know how to change oil in your own brand of truck without over filling it, i am glad that i didnt have a seal blown over the holidays.... i hope.... recommend you check your fluid level before you leave the yard with your truck, just goes to show you cant trust these guys' mechanics.

Booked 1st appointment of the day...oil change and rotation of tires. Was told 1.5 hours required. Perfect I had clients in the City Calgary for noon. Dropped my vehicle off at 8 am 11 am no communication patiently waiting on my vehicle, and courtesy pick up No answer @ Service department left 3 messages, called the Service Manager 11:15 am Service manager returned my call told me vehicles dropped off are noon pickups???? Not impressed. Pick up 11:15 am Truly, the employee I dealt with with at 8 am ignored me in the service department 2X his wonderful coworker reminded him professionally I was there to pick up my vehicle. Do not recommend this Business in my Community will not return to this business.

Upon being towed into drumheller on Boxing Day, we expected the dealership to be open on the 27th. The chain reaction of our nightmare with ford begins with Westgard motors not being open when their website clearly stated hours of operation for that day. We did not receive a call back until 3:30 the afternoon of the 28th. Unacceptable.

Services is horrible. Can’t do the simplest oil change on my investment. Almost blew up my 140k truck. Unresponsive and lie About man power to finish work promptly. the management is over payed to sit and do nothing. I do not recommend them. They Tell me they will give me a ride home, I sit for over a hour. nothing to see they didn’t fix my truck again and it’s still leaking out of the oil filter. So instead of fixing the filter housing and giving me a working product and not wasting my time they cheap out do nothing and my truck is still leaking. The manager talks to you as if you know nothing about your equipment you have invested in.you can’t afford critical errors like this

To start off we made appointments twice and both times they messed up the appointments. We are patient people so we got a third appoinment. We got the truck in and it was supposed to take no more then an hour. We sat in the lobby for about 2 hours. When we finally ran out of patience and asked what was taking so long (btw we only needed the tires changed) we found out the mechanic did 2 wheels and then went for lunch, yet they told us nothing, even with us staying in the lobby the entire time! Very disappointed in their services, and we will not be returning.
