Bought a clutch for v mac compressor, had to pre pay bc it wasn’t a Ford part, which is fine, the “knowledgable” staff decided to give my part to another customer and didn't notify me at all. I found out the day before i arranged to pick part up when i called to confirm it was there. Cost me a week of lost revenue for my business… NOT IMPRESSED

Just an overall bad experience. When you are buying the truck they promise you the world but when you need assistance after they will not help. Thanks for nothing

Went in for first oil change that I paid for in Dec of '23 for my 3 month old f150. The service bay floor was wet, the outside ground was winter wet outside so I trusted they did things properly and didn't get on the ground to look under the truck. I have some serious physical issues and doing anything physical is extremely difficult. Fast forward to July '24 and upon looking under the truck when it's ready for next service I see the skid plate is missing. I DID NOT REMOVE THIS PIECE. I phoned the dealership, talked to service people twice, both times was told a manager would call, nobody called. Gave up in frustration. Wanted to drive there personally from Calgary, but my physical issues have worsened so I did not. It's now Sept '25 and they contact me offering a free inspection since the truck hasn't been there almost 2 years. I call back and find it's a sales lady. She repeats offering for a free inspection, I proceed to tell her the missing skid plate issues and she says a manager will call, no one calls. I call and ask for a manager ( which I had also done in '24) left a message. Surprisingly Austin calls me later that day and after I give him the rundown he says give him a day or two and he'll call. Kudos to him he does, however he says "I'M PREPARED TO OFFER HALF THE COST OF THE APPROXIMATE $400 SKID PLATE PART ONLY" Long story short I tell him no skin off his ### he can stuff it and I'll not be going back there again. Guess it was the perfect opportunity to get a practically brand new $400 skid plate, since they knew the customer would not want to lay on wet winter ground to look under the vehicle. What a ripoff

They stand behind their word that if you are not able to give 5 stars they will make it right. They always get my vehicle serviced, and repaired if needed in a reasonable amount of time. Shop rates high but aren't they all.

I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change. Came out with an oil pan leak (it's winter and I have been parking on the same snow covered driveway for months and there have been no oil drips in the snow until I brought it home from the oil change), another seal leak and cracked brake hoses. Non of these problems were there before I took it into the Pincher Creek Ford. When quoted for repairs, I inquired as to how long it would take to repair and the answer was "5,6 hours for one job.. plus the technicians lunch and coffee breaks", I don't take my own coffee breaks and I am not about to pay someone else's. I strongly suggest you avoid servicing your vehicle there, I strongly suspect they have intentionally damaged my vehicle. I have heard rumours of them doing this before as well but passed them off as rumours. My opinions have now changed.

After having a bad experience with a dealership in Edmonton I decided to call Rainbow Ford to get a second opinion about getting a vehicle. Kerry was very friendly and invited us in to look at some vehicles the next day. We test drove a vehicle in the morning and met with financing and within a few hours we drove away in our new Ford Escape! We got an amazing price with a great interest rate! Thank you so much Kerry and also Berry for the great customer service!

Service is the wrong for this department there is none a month for service and they still have not got to it yet run to any one else but these clowns.if you really want a ford buy in Lethbridge or any where else

had my truck taken in 2 months ago, for a oil change, and just checked my fluid today, and it was 2 + inches over the fill line, you guys have to hire people who know how to change oil in your own brand of truck without over filling it, i am glad that i didnt have a seal blown over the holidays.... i hope.... recommend you check your fluid level before you leave the yard with your truck, just goes to show you cant trust these guys' mechanics.

Booked 1st appointment of the day...oil change and rotation of tires. Was told 1.5 hours required. Perfect I had clients in the City Calgary for noon. Dropped my vehicle off at 8 am 11 am no communication patiently waiting on my vehicle, and courtesy pick up No answer @ Service department left 3 messages, called the Service Manager 11:15 am Service manager returned my call told me vehicles dropped off are noon pickups???? Not impressed. Pick up 11:15 am Truly, the employee I dealt with with at 8 am ignored me in the service department 2X his wonderful coworker reminded him professionally I was there to pick up my vehicle. Do not recommend this Business in my Community will not return to this business.

Upon being towed into drumheller on Boxing Day, we expected the dealership to be open on the 27th. The chain reaction of our nightmare with ford begins with Westgard motors not being open when their website clearly stated hours of operation for that day. We did not receive a call back until 3:30 the afternoon of the 28th. Unacceptable.

Services is horrible. Can’t do the simplest oil change on my investment. Almost blew up my 140k truck. Unresponsive and lie About man power to finish work promptly. the management is over payed to sit and do nothing. I do not recommend them. They Tell me they will give me a ride home, I sit for over a hour. nothing to see they didn’t fix my truck again and it’s still leaking out of the oil filter. So instead of fixing the filter housing and giving me a working product and not wasting my time they cheap out do nothing and my truck is still leaking. The manager talks to you as if you know nothing about your equipment you have invested in.you can’t afford critical errors like this

To start off we made appointments twice and both times they messed up the appointments. We are patient people so we got a third appoinment. We got the truck in and it was supposed to take no more then an hour. We sat in the lobby for about 2 hours. When we finally ran out of patience and asked what was taking so long (btw we only needed the tires changed) we found out the mechanic did 2 wheels and then went for lunch, yet they told us nothing, even with us staying in the lobby the entire time! Very disappointed in their services, and we will not be returning.
