What started as a bad experience, turned to a great experience.
I was having a problem with the battery in my 22 Jeep Wrangler, booked an appointment and brought it in the next day . When I got there I was told I would have to leave it there all day, I couldn't do that as I had other appointments later that day, I told them I wasn't told I would have to leave it all day and to cancel my appointment and left.
I spoke with Brad McCorry (General Manager) on Monday about what happened, he apologized for what happened and for the miscommunication we had (we emailed a few times), then he ask me to give him a day to figure things out. Brad called me the next day and he arranged for someone to bring me a loaner and pick up my Jeep. They had my Jeep for 2 days, replaced the battery (it was bad, failed their test), did the oil change and tire rotation I ask for and did an inspection and found one of my rear shocks was leaking so they ordered the parts and will call me when they are in. When everything was fixed and my jeep was ready they called me and I was going to pick up my jeep, but the loaner had a dead battery, Richard (service advisor) sent someone with my Jeep and picked up the loaner. Now that's AMAZING customer service.
I've bought two 2022 Jeep Wranglers from them one in the summer of 22, got into an accident in Dec and totalled that jeep, so I bought another one in Dec. xx. Albert Dodge was Amazing to deal with each time. I will be buying a 2024 in the spring.
