I've been dealing with this dealer for several years and have always had very good service. I recently had a dead battery and could not start my car. Scott was kind enough to come and pick up my car and have it serviced with a replacement. Since I live in Okotoks, he drove here to pick up the car and when repaired, he drove back to Okotoks to deliver the car. Service was beyond expectations. Thank you Scott.

Chose this dealership for service due to its proximity to my address tho I didn’t buy my jeep there. I brought in my car to fix the battery that wasn’t charging and for transmission fluid leakage. They said to have fixed both but when I returned for an oil change after few months they said the transmission fluid was still leaking. So I don’t know what happened with the first so called fix. They said they will need the car at least for a half day the following week and that I will receive a call. The week has passed and I have not receive a call, text or email. I called the service department and got connected to the person dealing with my car but did not pick up the phone. I left a message but did not receive a call back. I called two more times and on the last one I asked if the person named “Sally” was working and was told yes but again was not picking up the phone nor called back after I left a message. I’m feeling so disappointed with this dealership. So unprofessional of the person dealing with my vehicle. I have now considered looking for a different dealership to service my vehicle even from a greater distance. I am so displeased and am discouraging other customers to use their service department.

Scarily incompetent and disorganized staff. I went for an oil change at the quick lube, and it was a total disaster. I pulled up after waiting a bit, and they checked my lights. They pop the hood, then proclaim that I have windshield washer fluid in my coolant. This turns into a whole mess, with multiple people looking it over who have no idea what coolant looks like. They insist my engine is about to be ruined if I don’t schedule it in for some services. This makes no sense, as I have been driving it without any issues for many kilometres. While they are fussing about the coolant thing, (no oil change has been started yet- the reason I went there) they take out the cabin air filter. They never put another one back in. I eventually learn they they are freaking out over the coolant because they insist that it can only be red, not the yellow-green that it is. I decline all the interventions they are pushing and try to get them to finish the job. Finally they let the vehicle pull forward, and then leave me there parked and start working on another vehicle. I finally loose it and get out of my vehicle to find someone and ask what is going on. Some lady opens the door for me and lets me go, saying that they were just waiting for me to see if I wanted to schedule those services. I’ve never had a quick lube constantly insist I get out of the vehicle like this place did. I still have no cabin air filter, or even a sticker that lets me know what oil they used, but I leave because I still have 5 hours of driving ahead of me. So I’d say avoid this place at all costs. I had no idea an oil change could be such a disaster. I left feeling worried that they ruined my vehicle.

Ordered a key fob. Took a week to get delivered to the dealership from red deer. Was quoted $396.26 tax included. When it came in I Waited almost 2 hours for it to get programmed. When it was almost done I was asked if I wanted the key part. I said of course I do it’s part of the fob! Was told it’s an extra $79! Apparently there wasn’t one there so I was asked to come back the next day. Ok fine luckily I was able to since I’m not working and just last week finished cancer treatments. I go in today to get my key. Of course the gentleman at the front who always seems confused couldn’t find it…. Asked if I could come back later as he get someone to pick up another key from another dealership. I said fine. I’ll come back later. I come back later and the key was there and ready. I tried it in my car and it doesn’t work! Got the gentleman to come out to show him. He was like, of well it goes in… yes but it doesn’t work! He told me to come back again tomorrow !!! I don’t even know if your parts department is even open on Saturdays. He walked away like it was no big deal. I am not impressed by this at all! I paid $443.15 and still don’t have a working key. Being told, just come back is ridiculous. I’m not well and thank goodness I don’t work or have small children. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Had my truck over a week to fix multiple issues, one being the rear seal leak. A month later a diff dealership noticed it was leaking again, took it back to Eagle River and they said it wasn’t leaking. Also would not give me a rental to use to get around while they looked at my truck. Poor customer service, will never go back.

Sketchy service department Went in for gas recharge told didn't need it so I told them why then my serive air suspension light comes on and was told they would go back to mechanic a d get back to me. Before going back to mechanic they had a list of other repairs suggested to me and I said no. Mechanic got back to them on additional work that was suggested on suspension and I said I would have to check with the husband first a d he said no and that's when I was presented with a suspension diagnostics test at a charge of 136.00 and also told I would pay additional lot fee if not picked up today. Had I been told that would hold an additional charge then that would be acceptable but I was not. It appears because I did not take suggested repairs I was charged.

Don't look for another shop-this is the one if you want a great experience! Call them, you won't be disappointed! They do top notch work from estimating to repair -this team knows the industry and the level of expectation for their work. You won't find better satisfaction around town.

Posting this because they paid me to remove my first review but when you continue to get the same song and dance they can’t pay for my silence any more. Brought vehicle in (less than 1 year old) because it was pulling to the right. The told me alignment was out and they fixed it. Returned vehicle to me with steering wheel set at 3 o’clock to drive straight. Took a morning off work to bring vehicle back to them. Still did not center steering wheel. Took another morning off work to bring it back again, returns vehicle to me and steering is still of center. This is just the latest with this sham of a dealership. They’ve left tools under my hood after services, tried to steel $50 from me for registering my vehicle after I purchased it when they didn’t even register it for me. Tried to tell me that my peeling 3M would have to be a warranty claim even though it was pointed out to the salesmen before I even purchased the brand new vehicle. Have booked services with them and showed up and they have no appointment available for me. The list goes on. Stay away from this place, it’s a complete joke and they have no idea what they’re doing.

WORST dealership I have ever had the misforture of dealing with. I am a senior and had MANY deals with many dealerships, this is the most disgusting, rude, lying nasty place I've dealt with. My advice, NEVER use them for anything, buying and especially "service". susan the manager is the nastiest, rudest and Mean person ever. I am expecting an apology from her for her lies and false accusations and I have two witnesses to the contrary of her balcony. Be very wary of her for one...no longer the new truck from them.

Not impressed of being charged 350.00 restocking charge. I feel was wrong. I ordered a part they told me I need, I called back within 15 min to put order on hold. I called back later canceling the order. They informed me the cut off to cancel was past and needed to charge me a restocking fee. They confirmed the part was not yet shipped but the charge was for canceling. But I believe 350.00 was very extreme of a charge. Will not deal with them again if I can help it, specifically when I do purchase a new vehicle

I had an electrical issue with my 2015 jeep. Had it towed to pioneer and they called and told me I had to pay for part. This part should have been covered so I disagreed and called Chrysler. I had issues with this place not honoring warentee before and now they put it on file that this part is water damaged which is a lie. I have video of me changing the part in their driveway without a drop of water or mud in or even on it
