Poor service - Unsatisfied customer
I have been a loyal customer of this dealership since the early 90’s. Since the new ownership, it’s apparent they do not believe in customer service. I had an issue with my Ram and I told them what I thought the issue was. That was totally ignored, they had the truck for 60 days and charged me $2800 for what should have been an obvious warranty power train claim. On top of that, I paid an additional $300 to have it towed to the dealership I was loyal to and they didn’t provide a loaner vehicle for the first two weeks so I had to pay almost $1400 for a rental vehicle. I’d advise anyone to stay away from this dealership!
