Had issues with my tires and TMIS. I was worried I had one flat already and that potentially another tire was going down. Called Lakewood yesterday and was told by reception that they were booking on Monday of next week. I had some questions so they put me through to Alana in the service department. She heard my story and being a senior the worry in my voice and asked if I could come in early today and leave my car so that they could work on it in-between other service calls. I dropped it off early this morning and spoke to Rob in the service department. He listened to my story with professionalism, patience, respect and documented what I'd requested be looked at. I felt so much relief at being heard and reassured by Rob today and Alana yesterday, words can't express my gratitude. Mark the shuttle driver gave me a lift home and we had good conversation and very apparent he's experienced behind the wheel. Imagine my surprise when I received a call from Rob not much over an hour after I'd been dropped off at home. They fixed my flat tire checked my concerns with the other ones and found that what I thought was going to be a big issue and expense turned out to be just a minor issue and lot's of worry that I'd had was for naught. He had Mark come pick me up on his way back from another drop off and I picked up my car and was back home within 2 hours of drop off. And although the technician checked other small things on my tires and sensors to make sure they were okay, which could have easily beefed up my costs, I was only billed for the tire repair. And to Rob, Alana and Mark, I thank you for your help, reassurance, customer service and kindness to an old girl that felt like a million bucks filled with Gratitude as I left your shop. You folks rock! And on a scale of 1 to 10...you deserve 10's! Thank you! thank you! thank you! 💞💫🙏🪶🪶🪶
