Incredible service - Matt Sellers

The service is incredible. I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care.

The service Department on Nov 13th 2023 9:15am I dropped my Truck off for wheel Alignment. When I pick my Truck up at 3:30pm. I received my truck and pulled out of the bay and I started hear a ticking coming from my calliper. So I turned back and pulled into the bay where I went to talk with Seamus Toner to explain the sounds that’s coming from my calliper. He walk away to ask a coworker about it and then came back to me and told me there’s nothing he can do and that I have to figure it out myself! So I had to pull out of the bay and park in the parking lot and Jack up my Truck and take each wheel off and tighten the callipers. This complete xxxxxxxxx service. I’ve been coming here for 5years now and the experience make me thinking about not coming back… I would like also to make a comment about their survey they alway send out after service and I always do them. But this time I had a bad experience and now they don’t send it out!? Funny how that work. I’m a Vary loyal customer but this kinda service will couse me take my business elsewhere…

Don't look for another shop-this is the one if you want a great experience! Call them, you won't be disappointed! They do top notch work from estimating to repair -this team knows the industry and the level of expectation for their work. You won't find better satisfaction around town.

I had a shifting problem on my 2022 Silverado. They took the unit in right away and had it repaired. The guys in the service department are very helpful,professional and pleasant. The updates from them throughout the day was excellent. When I went to pick the truck up it was all washed. I am very impressed with this dealership and their staff

I have bought my LAST 2 cars from Murray's in Lethbridge. A number of months ago I was given a completed repair cost from a service advisor over the phone. When my wife went to pay and pickup the car, they CHARGED HER A HIGHER PRICE than the one I was given over the phone for the exact same work described to me earlier. I gave them another chance last week with a simple coolant flush and fill appointment. While checking the car they said I needed a new thermostat which made my bill over $800. On the service order, they recommended a new air filter (didn't offer to change it). I have changed filters before, so when I got home, I went to switch out the air filter and noticed the air filter bracket was BROKEN. I called two times over two days, couldn't get an answer so I left voicemails to call back, I even gave the part # of the bracket I would need replaced. It's been 6 days, NO CALLBACK yet. You can buy a car anywhere but the service after the purchase is what sets dealers apart. I will DEFINITELY be SHOPPING ELSEWHERE as Murrays has disappointed me for the last time.

Zack, a new and young mechanic, who described himself as - marvminiely

Zack, a new and young mechanic, who described himself as a kind of specialist in this old stuff is simply fantastic. I needed something done for my 1991 Chevy 350 van on which my Four Winds motor home had been built. The engine was so sluggish, so without any power and was burning gas like crazy. Zack kept me informed of his thoughts. Oil had gas in it. That scared me. He told me how that could happen if the cylinders were getting too much gas. Anyway, he finally found that one of the two fuel injectors was not functioning properly. It was squirting almost pure gas rather than a mist which the other injector was doing. I could go on with the detail of how great he did like leaving me with left over parts from the throttle body he was able to get. But suffice to say I could not have been more happy with what Zack did to my machine, which now runs fantastic and with three times the distance per gallon it was getting. Thank you so much Zack. I just wish I was able to call on you with all my RV future troubles. AND, you would not believe how well I was taken care of by Aby in the service dept. She learned of my follie in having left the water pump on when somehow the kitchen faucet opened and...yes...water everywhere. I had carpets and bedding to dry. She thought the carpets would be best hung in the area they had for detailing. And they could put a blower on them. Since the throttle body parts would not make it in that day I haed to stay over. Aby arranged for a land line connection for my RV. Then she arranged for a shuttle to take me to the nearest laundromat so I could dry my bedding which was wet in a corner. I was simply awed speecheless by her care. At the laundromat when I was done becuase it was after hours I called for a cab. Then I received a call from Zack saying he could come pick me up. How can I say anything but simply thank you, thank you, Zack, Aby, the other friendly and helpful staff and to Murray Chev Cadillac. Just great!

Service was horrible, communication was a joke, Service rep (Gary Hunt) was not helpfull And did not communicate and was very hard to contact, And too too it off they lost my car at one of there sister dealerships, My advice is run from these guys .
