I purchased a used vehicle from Mercedes Benz Country - alan

I purchased a used vehicle from Mercedes Benz Country Hills that included a set of winter tires and rims. I paid for these wheels. When I later tried to put the wheels on my car they where not compatible. I reported the problem to the dealer. The dealer first denied my claim and argued it was not their responsibility and would not give me a refund although I had paid for the wheels. I continued to argue with the dealer and finally they agreed to install a cheap after market wheel from a third party service outlet. These wheels later caused severe brake problems as they did not fit the car. In the end, I had to replace the inappropriate wheels with the proper wheels that fit the car. This cost me $3000.00 dollars on top of the cost that I paid the dealer for winter wheels in the original purchase price. In the end, the dealership was disingenuous and a substituted a low quality component in my car that could have created significant service issues. Based on my experience I would never recommend Mercedes Benz Country Hills to anyone.
