Recent service experience was poor. The staff didn't provide any progress update, inadequate communication with the service department and improper specification of loan car locations, no follow up on gas cap replacement regarding the gap plus the cap was not flushed with the adjoining body. Request for discussion with the service manager was made a week ago (24/7) to follow up the below standard service was not responded until now without any interim reply. I was just ignored.
