Have a rx350 had enough of the outrageous priced service. First of all the first thing that is noted for a service is drivers floor mat is secure. Like people need to pay someone to check this. They make it sound like they are doing tons for your service but really not (checking horn etc.) and people would be happier paying less. They try to justify all the perks with the service nails done lunch when the reality is people would rather take their car in save money and leave. We aren't naive enough to know we arent paying for it. There should be normal peoples rates and fancy people rates cause I love the car but could careless about the wow service just want a service. Stressful dealership that you should only go to if you don't care about money. They will tell you experience talks well that also exists at other dealerships as well. Had to replace rear diff fluid 199 lexus 151 Toyota dealership then transfer case fluid lexus 199 Toyota 155 $93 MORE. What a joke of a place.
