I bought my wife a used vehicle on August 23, 2023 for her birthday, and unfortunately, it's been 'horror show' ever since. It's been one major repair after another; even at this very moment it is in the shop for repairs to the tune of over $3,500. By the time this present bill is paid, we would have spent over $18,000 on major repair work on the vehicle [yes, that's $18,000]. We also bought an extended warranty package through Lexus of Edmonton at the time of purchase, with Global Warranty to the tune of $3,800, and they have been a 'horror-show all by themselves [it took almost three months to get the money for the parts and labour they covered on one particular job]. I reached out to the dealership to give them some idea of what our experience is like, and they cut me a cheque for $600 [Yes, you are seeing right; a $600 cheque]. I truly did not expect this poor quality of service from what's supposed to be an elite automotive dealership.
