Horrible experience in servicing my Jaguar. We were looking for just a diagnosis on an engine rattle noise. They damaged the 2 central lock units and estimate done by them of $11,000 to replace these 2 units. They rejected to fix what they damaged and return my car back on the same condition it was before the diagnosis. So don’t trust in them. Know that they will damage your car and they won’t take any responsibility.

I had a horrible traumatizing experience at this dealership. Spend your money elsewhere. I’m not saying all the employees are bad but the sales guy I dealt with left me crying as he bullied me infront of everyone. He ruined my purchase experience of buying a vehicle and I’m just shook the dealership didn’t even try to make him apologize for his actions and words, and he got away with treating a customer the way he did. Buying a vehicle should be a pleasant experience and this employee doesn’t know the spelling of pleasant. Take ur money and business where you’ll be appreciated.
