Service department has a lack of knowledge of repairing Rolls Royce. They said my car would be in and out...Weeks into the repair they still had no idea until I brought my own mechanic and discovered they had no idea what the problem was. Spoke with owner and never received a follow up call!!!! Rolls Royce owners be aware. By the way that mechanic was able to order my parts from Rolls Royce and it is running without any issues. I also didn’t have to pay 5 times on the part!!!!!
