Their Premium Service is VERY poor. I have had my vehicle in to this dealership numerous times to help me fix an issue, and they turned me away claiming that they could not help me due to ‘no code showing’. My husband went to the dealership in Leduc Alberta and they worked diligently to help us and they eventually found a possible solution in a bulletin that was put out in 2024 - stating that my problem was in fact a software issue! I brought the car back to the South Edmonton location and they miraculously admitted that they did not realize that this bulletin was issued and that software problem could be identified and solved. After 2 years of arguing with them that my car was slamming on the brakes due to a collision sensor malfunction - we finally had it resolved Thanks to the LEDUC NISSAN/infiniti DEALERSHIP. Zero help from the South Edmonton dealership. We also contacted Infiniti Canada AND Nissan Canada - and they couldn’t help either! Huge thanks to the people at the Leduc dealership. The guy worked to help us until he found an answer - and we were not even his clients! SMALL TOWN dealerships actually CARE. The big city dealerships could care less.
