Added this dealer to the list of dodge dealers I will no longer take my vehicles to for repairs/ service. The communication between techs and service writers is terrible. They were more interested in selling parts than why I actually had my vehicle there in the first place.

WORST dealership I have ever had the misforture of dealing with. I am a senior and had MANY deals with many dealerships, this is the most disgusting, rude, lying nasty place I've dealt with. My advice, NEVER use them for anything, buying and especially "service". susan the manager is the nastiest, rudest and Mean person ever. I am expecting an apology from her for her lies and false accusations and I have two witnesses to the contrary of her balcony. Be very wary of her for one...no longer the new truck from them.

Murray Chrysler dodge is their name. And I don’t recommend going there. They will put off any warranty work until you go over the km for your warranty. Then they will tell you it has to be done now. When it’s out of customers pocket. These guys cost me alot of money after buying 2 new trucks off them. I told Logan and her team to quit bothering me as they are a bunch of scammers. Sucks still to this day Logan’s sales team keeps calling me. a few times a year asking me to come in and trade my diesel off for a new one. Only problem is they are offering me 10-15 grand below market value. Dumb people work there. I should bend one of them over one day instead of them screwing everyone else.

On September 10 2024, I purchased a ram 1500 classic from Strathmore Dodge Ram Chrysler which was listed on their own site and on Cargurus.com as having 302km. The agreed price was settled at 44 000$,which I agreed to pay in full by certified check. But on the day of purchase, I was surprised to see the vehicle had 2984 km. When I expressed my disappointment at the fact that I was not advised prior to the sale they admitted to it being their fault and forgot to update it. I amicably said and that it wasn't the end of the world but a matter of principle and good business ethics. The manager "john" offered me -500$ off the price, which I agreed to and was satisfied with.He said he would get back to me in a day or so. Unfortunately, I did not hear back from him and I had to call back myself only to be told from him, that his "VP" said they could only offer me 2 oil changes services (of a value of 300$) of which I refused, given I live so far way and were not the terms we had agreed upon. He then said he would contact his superiors and get back to me. Though after after many days, emails and calls on my part, and messages left with the secretary to call me back, I've been ghosted and ignored. This is the second ram truck I purchased. One with Ram East-side in Calgary (2023 60k) and now Strathmore (2022 44K)...to be treated in such a low manner is not worthy of the name and brand of RAM. SHAME! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND AMATEUR!

Regarding my replacement vehicle purchase after being involved in a motor vehicle accident, they were prompt, efficient and very professional at their jobs. My vehicle was replaced in a very short period of time with phenomenal service through out this process! I am very blessed and grateful to have had these gentleman assist me with this process! I bought a 2025 Jeep Compass sport from this place, the car only has 7000 kilometers on it, the paint is so thin it's covered in paint chips and scratches, the muffler is worn out, the car is very loud, the transmission doesn't shift properly, loud and rough shifts. I've had two flat tires and the car did not come with a spare. The price tag and payments on this car are ridiculously high. Do not buy anything from this place they are a rip off and nothing is covered by warranty.

This dealership doesn't care about their customers, all the care about is making a buck!!! The GM is very arrogant and the service manager has no sense of customer service or communication skills!!! Everyone always says to support local but why should people support this dealership when they have no communication skills and are arrogant to their customers!!! When you bring up problems to the GM, he does not seem to care!!! He would rather people go else where then fix the problems within the company!!!

I don't normally write a review or take part in surveys, but I felt it was necessary this time. I really believe that my truck sales person (Jackson Mulhbach) is a good example of our next generation of sales people, at least I hope so? Jackson was exceptional to deal with during the entire process of buying my new truck, never once did he become pushy or put on a show that he was the only person on the planet that knew about vehicles. I would highly recommend Jackson Mulhbach. I was having my truck serviced at the time and NEVER planned on buying the truck I've been researching for the past two years? During a conversation with Jackson while waiting, I asked him some questions on the truck I've been researching for the past and he had the answer to every question. In the end, Jackson did the numbers for me including the amount for my truck as a trade in. I took 24 hours to think about everything because as I stated prior, I didn't plan to buy the truck at this time? Once again, Jackson didn't have a problem with this, and that's another area where I was impressed with him. My past experience with sales people in Edmonton, it was at this time they would get pushy and do everything in there power to sign the papers before I left the dealership. Not this time, Jackson allowed me the time to think about everything and I was the one that called him about MY decision to purchase the truck. I can honestly say, I purchased the truck due to Jackson, his honesty, professionalism and exceptional interpersonal skills when dealing with people. Hopefully Stettler Dodge realize what a great employee they have regarding Jackson. I should also note, when dealing with Lars in finance I got the exact same professionalism and knowledge. Lars explained everything in detail before I signed the documents. For the past five years I've dealt with the service department at Stettler Dodge and I received five star service each and every time. So all in all, this is why I decided to write a review, for the next person thinking of buying a vehicle or repair. Thanks Stettler Dodge for being a dealership one can rely on. Bob Buchanan

Words can not describe how pleasant my experience with this dealership was. Dalton my sales representative, his sales manager and finally the representative in finance that facilitated my deal were absolutely amazing. I traded in my 2020 ram for a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee srt , they helped facilitate the deal despite me being in another province ( Manitoba ). They were kind, and considerate the whole ways through. I’ve never had an experience this solid, appreciate you all. I will be back again!

I had an electrical issue with my 2015 jeep. Had it towed to pioneer and they called and told me I had to pay for part. This part should have been covered so I disagreed and called Chrysler. I had issues with this place not honoring warentee before and now they put it on file that this part is water damaged which is a lie. I have video of me changing the part in their driveway without a drop of water or mud in or even on it

A friend asked me about a used vehicle at this dealership. I went to the website and chose used vehicles all, they don't have any!!! Clicked on staff, a line came up to click on one of the staff below, there were none. So no used vehicles and no staff to talk to. Great way to run a dealership.

I called Big Rock Chrysler afraid that I would be stuck on the road with my new puppy. Nikita the friendly receptionist got me booked in right away. Drumheller Chrysler stands behind the products they sell 100%! I had a great experience making a deal on a used truck and got it for a great price. The truck I bought didn't have any factory warranty left and I didn't purchase any. After a couple months I had issues with the transmission. I brought it back to Drumheller Chrysler and the owner Armand took it upon himself to have his team do a full rebuild on the transmission at no charge! They even cleaned my truck and Armand met me at the dealership on a holiday so I could pick up my truck. Best customer service experience at a dealership by far!
