The service is terrible. I left bmw many years ago for that reason and have gone to porche. My daughter visited this morning and has yet to get a call back and there was no sense of urgency when she visited the dealership. The girls at the front were not very engaging and did not care a bit that she was looking for a sales person. Bmw has a great car but very poor service. I suggest that they need to get people in there that actually care to help the customers.
