Ashton was outside when we pulled up so we gave him the details of the type of truck we were looking for and without trying to up sell us, he right away showed us the trucks in stock that would fit our needs. Ashton was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, knowledgeable and he worked hard to find us the right fit within our budget. Due to the aggressive, arrogant tactics we experienced at other dealerships, we walked away angry and unwilling to give them our business. Ashton was friendly and cheerful and really made our day by finding us a great truck. Zender appears to have car selling down to a science. Salesmen like Ashton and the great financing team we dealt with - Vance and Orlena - make this dealership operate like a well oiled machine. It's clear the customer comes first and that our business was appreciated. When we're ready for our next vehicle purchase, we'll do ourselves a favour and visit Zender first. Found a truck at Zender then hooked up with Diane for the "negotiations". Had a lot of fun with that and even managed to get the shirt off Brandons back! Easy to deal with and no pressure, two important qualities in a dealership. Vance knew what it took to get the financing and within minutes the signing of papers began. Will use them again when in the market for another vehicle. More

First new car purchase I never liked Ford but my dad insisted I go into Zender and see Diane and at least check them out. So I did. I was upfront with her as she was a long time friend of my father's and told her I love my Hondas and that was the only car for me. She had me test drive a Focus and albeit it wasn't a bad little car. Much better than the other Fords I have driven and seen in the past but it just wasn't a Honda. So she mentioned to me that if I really wanted a Honda she could get me one. I was blown away. Never in a million years did I think such a think was possible! She was going to find me my dream car, even if it wasn't a Ford. I had considered just going to a Honda dealership and purchasing one there but Diane was so friendly and made me feel no pressure at all so I decided to take her up on her offer because I knew that she wouldn't jerk me around like I have always feared when walking into a dealership. Not even a few hours after I had left Zender Ford I received a call from Diane saying that she had already found a used Honda and that they could have it in the next day for me to look at. Talk about service!! She walked me through the whole process (even when I felt a bit freaked out about this being such a big decision to me) and left me in the capable hands of the finance department when it came time for me to sign about 100 pieces of paper! I love this car to the moon and back! It is everything I could have ever wanted and a whole lot more! And what an amazing deal! They really do love their customers and as a very satisfied customer, I love them, too! The rating system only goes up to 5 starts, if I could I would give them Diane and the rest of the crew a 10! More

He took me through the entire car and it's workings, left out petty nonsense stuff like the dials and colors of cloth... He knew everything there was to know ... I trusted him, and he had the most patience with all my questions and hesitations a. He was truthful and open and gave me his opinion when I asked. I would recommend anyone to go see Christian for their purchase ... I already have. More

Both Christian and Melanie were outstanding to deal with in getting this car brought into Zender. Very outstanding people to deal with and Christian is a people person. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a sales professional. However, he had zero experience with the Mustang. Upon picking up the car I was not walked through the features of my car, how to use any of the tech, and no owners manual was in the car. Orlena in finance was less than helpful and I found that she talked down to me. Although I paid cash for the car, paperwork handled by her was like watching paint dry. Lacks people skills. I haven't been orientated to the dealership on service - where, how to book, etc. In addition to this review I sent two emails direct to Melanie with feedback on my sales experience and direct questions with zero response. Although I do recommend Zender and Christian do to the strong positive experiences I did have with them, I will not be purchasing in the future from them. More
