Every person that I came into contact with at Zender Ford, from the receptionist to Manager to finance people all treated me very well. I totally appreciated the time Christian took to explain everything. After purchasing a 2015 Fiesta,Christian totally set up all the new systems for me and explained how it all worked Christian called a couple days later to see how things were going with the new car. I will be sure to mention the care given by Zender Ford to all my friends. More

Amazing From the time we set foot in the dealership we were taken care of. We didn't really know what vehicle we wanted just knew what we needed size wise. We looked at 4 different vehicles at this dealership alone, and 4 vehicles at 2 other dealerships before deciding on the flex that we bought. We decided on a dealership before a vehicle. We wanted to shop at Zender Ford, there was no doubt about that. Both Diane and Brandon went above and beyond to ensure that we found the vehicle that was perfect for our family. Vance made sure that we fully understood the financing. Absolutely amazing service all the way around start to finish, and even after all was said and done. More

Diane Carlyon is the most amazing and professional I first met Diane when I traded my ford edge in for a ford escape :). I have already sent two other customers to Diane, unfortunately one went to anot I first met Diane when I traded my ford edge in for a ford escape :). I have already sent two other customers to Diane, unfortunately one went to another car salesmen because she forgot Diane's name but still but a Ford Escape :). My son and Kayla recently purchase a flex and the experience they had was nothing but positive and helpful not only by Diane but also, Brandon and Vance. My daughter is going into see Diane today and hopefully she will be able to get out of the vehicle she's in and into a Ford. Diane Carlyon you are one amazing and beautiful person.
