Abhi didn't do that .. he took the time to listen to what we wanted and then showed us the trucks that met our needs. Abhi has a very friendly and comforting demeanor that immediately made us want to work with him. Sandra in the finance department was fantastic to deal with as well. She not only did a great job but she did it with a smile and a great attitude. I was a 20+ year Chevy guy who is now a proud Ford F150 owner, largely due to the atmosphere at Zender Ford ... well ... and the awesome truck! I would recommend working with Abhi and the Zender staff to any of my friends and family for any of their vehicle needs. More

First off, let me express that I have been mistreated in the past with other dealerships. I have experienced the stereo-typical sleazy salesmen before and I really didn't want to experience this again. Buying a vehicle is suppose to be a fun and exciting time. Diane made it fun :-) I actually met Diane Carlyon when I was getting a service done at Zender (I was "browsing" the new vehicles while I waited) and she was great from the first time I met her. At that time however, I wasn't ready to buy a vehicle, and I told her that.... and she LISTENED to me! There was no pushiness and she genuinely wanted to help me whenever I did want to buy. Well I went back, spoke with Diana, when I was ready to buy and she was way more than accommodating. She worked with me to find the perfect vehicle for me. I told her what I wanted and she found it. It took a little bit to find my vehicle but she found it for me! If you want to deal with a honest and hardworking salesperson, then deal with Diane :-) She's awesome! More

Very friendly and accommodating!! My wife and I went into Zender Ford looking for a Ford Flex. At the time we were looking for our vehicle, we were going through several life changes. My wife and I went into Zender Ford looking for a Ford Flex. At the time we were looking for our vehicle, we were going through several life changes. Our sales consultant Eldon was not pushy at all. He waited until we were ready to buy a vehicle. I was very honest with Eldon and let him know that we were also shopping around at other dealerships but I told him that I preferred to buy locally in Spruce Grove. When I had found a vehicle we wanted at a competing dealer, Zender was able to not only price match, but beat the price! After purchasing the vehicle from Zender, there was a very minor service issue I did not notice when test driving the vehicle. Eldon arrainged for the service department to call me and service appointment was set up for two days later. All service was covered under warrenty. The only minor complaint I have was I had leather seats installed in the vehicle we purchased. An after market company in Edmonton were installing the seats for Zender. The company installing the leather seats took a week longer than than they had stated they would. That being said, Zender accomodated us by providing a loaner vehicle until our vehicle was ready. Great work done by everyone at Zender.....especially Eldon!! More

We went for a drive and his friendly personality made me feel very comfortable. We were trading my mom's car off on it and "Mama" was impressed with how nice he treated her. Very knowledgeable on vehicle, any questions he could not answer he found out for me. Everything happened very quickly from pricing negotiations to finance. Sandra and Orlena very nice people to work with. Needless to say did not make it to a Lincoln dealer but Mama and I are now proud owners of a Ford Expedition. I was greeted by a friendly hostess, Anna Skagen who actually listened to my concerns and directed me to Christian Davey. I was instantly put at ease by his manner and no nonsense style. We had a terrific buying experience as a family and left with a new outlook on car sales as well as a great vehicle ;a 2012 Ford Fusion; to keep my family safe.
