Good Brand, Poor dealer I must say at the time of purchase, very helpful.. Upon a call to Ford credit, it seems this is an add-on, an extra. more than 10 % of the value of the car extra. I canceled this as soon as I realized I had been bamboozled . Sales was fine, I knew what I wanted to made his job very easy. I had had poor experience with them in the past. ie needing a new engine, instead of actually fixing the cracked exhaust manifold. I can see how the 10,000.00 fix the recommended was better than the 800.00 fix it needed. I was told by the mechanic there that when the rpm dropped the oil pressure went down, and this was detrimental to the engine. My wording, doubt he'd know what the word means. I have even had great response from the "new" repair shop, I waited for 45 mins to talk to someone about paint corrosion that I still never got a response from. I figured if you don't want my business in 45 mins why bother. I will recommend all fellow Steel Workers and Everyone I know to avoid this dealer like the Plague. I will look for service in the city, Should have followed my gut, but thought shopping local meant something, I guess it does, better to get screwed at home than in the big city. More

I found the price was cheaper than everywhere else I had looked and everyone I dealt with were more than helpful and accommodating! I'm so impressed with the customer service and family feel that I experienced; had lots of laughs, my little boy got spoiled with hot chocolate and little gifts! Due to our age we might just have to do that. That was good to hear from Ashton. Ryan Banks went out of his way to greet us each time we came in and there were several times. Overall the experience was very good. Its not our first purchase at Zender but due to our age it could well the last for us and as I said we are pleased with the way we were treated very very respectful bunch of people. We had a very bad experience with our 1985 MT 5 and Ford did nothing to assist over and above the warranty work. It was terrible experience. Its a wonder we back there but we did...
