Awesome experience with a no rush to buy mentality!! My wife and I went in late Saturday afternoon to browse and possibly look out trading in our old vehicle. Right from the beginning you could tell that My wife and I went in late Saturday afternoon to browse and possibly look out trading in our old vehicle. Right from the beginning you could tell that Chris was a straight shooter, no rush, no xxxxxxxx kind of sale representative! He asked us what we were in the market for and never once tried to up sell us on anything just so he could make more profit. We ended up that day buying a 2015 ford edge. When we picked in up there were a few minor thing that were wrong (nothing that Chris over looked or anything) gave Chris a call and before I came back in which was like ten minutes later Chris and Brandon were already dealing with the issue and figured it out with in five to ten minutes. It was not my first time buying a new vehicle and HANDS DOWN he was the best car sales rep I have ever dealt with! HIGHLY recommended if anyone need a vehicle to go see my man Chris!! More

Looking to replace wife's vehicle and I was pleasantly surprised at the 2013 Ford Escape makeover. Zender had an excellent low mileage Kodiak brown Escape. I really like the memory feature. My wife is considerably shorter than me. The last time I used the Escape, I opened the door, pressed the memory button and watched the seats and mirrors re-adjust themselves. When I was done with the vehicle, I got out and pressed the wife's memory button and everything moved back for her. She especially likes the heated seats. I was very pleased with Zender's attention to details. I didn't notice some headlight trim that was missing, but they did and rectified it ASAP. Well done and Thank you Zender Ford. More
