Purchasing a 2016 F 150 I purchased a 16 F150 from Zender. I really recommend the truck! They had the exact truck on there lot that we required! (All dealership in general.) Have taxes and fees in the price. Don't play any games on pricing,give the best price they can offer right off the hop Tell you every thing they include in the sales. I wish they tell you what they offer IE before you buy we offer an elite package then explain it ask if you want it or not, ok ext. Overall a good experience. More

Worst service ive ever recieved. After pre booking an appointment a week ahead of time the service department made me wait almost 3 hours past my appointment time to have a key cut an After pre booking an appointment a week ahead of time the service department made me wait almost 3 hours past my appointment time to have a key cut and programmed. Then when speaking with the service manager terry he has a bunch of excusses instead of solutions of why my service was bad. Dont visit this shop for sales or service. Trust me you will be dissapointed. I will be driving 3x as far now to get my truck serviced and glad to do so not to visit zender again. More

Not good Told Zender I needed a key replaced as one was not working.They left two voicemails reminding us of our appointment, dropped off the truck and they sa Told Zender I needed a key replaced as one was not working.They left two voicemails reminding us of our appointment, dropped off the truck and they said they need both keys. A half hour drive home, pick up the good key, a half hour drive back to drop key off,WHY did you not tell us to bring both keys on any of the voice mails?? They call and say it will be $531.70 for a new key,no thanks. Go to pick up the truck and they want $170.00 for diagnostics, just to repeat MY words,,,,, I need a key, they got it ALL wrong, key is not $531.70, that price was with the diagnostics that WE did for them,,,,,,,,,,I NEED A KEY, good luck with them, you will have to do part of their job for them AND pay them for that. More
