Zender Continues to Exceed Expectations! Just before noon today my Ford Escape displayed a message indicating that a tail light bulb needed to be replaced. I phoned Zender and they said if I came in they could "pop in" a new bulb. I drove to Zender, paid $1.28 for a new bulb and a very nice, young man installed it. Very quick despite alot of other cars on site. No charge despite some effort to remove the cover, etc. Very friendly, helpful staff. More
