Phenomenal service. Took my 2008 Lincoln MKX to analyze a check engine light on my dash as well as resolve an issue with my tire sensors. The service I received from the Chase the concierge and Lori my servi check engine light on my dash as well as resolve an issue with my tire sensors. The service I received from the Chase the concierge and Lori my service advisor was above the call of duty. Chase ensured that all issues were being attended to and Lori provided me with periodic updates and the necessary steps to resolve the the two issues. Once the issues were resolved, the dealership provided a complimentary car wash. I left the dealership with gratitude for the service they provided as well as a clean and shiny black Lincoln.
