They will say they give loaner vehicles to make things easier if you pay more. But they don't even have loaner vehicles. I am waiting one long month to give car for service. Paying more for nothing. They sound they are not interested in giving one. Once we make all the payments the quality of service and treatment changes. It's been 5 days now I have given my tire for a repair, which had a nail in it. I haven't heard back anything from them. I have taken a platinum plan for tire repair and damage. Even the towing service came to help me in 30 minutes. My showroom makes me wait without any notice. If you pay money now they might take you in it seems. Vehicle is still good but the showroom is not the best. Find a better dealer to get the service they promise and not just promise things that they won't or don't like to provide with. They are not hesitant to make you wait and not update you. The care is the least. Go to Honda or Hyundai for good dealers so far I heard in town. More

The service department is completely incompetent and doesn't have a clue what they are doing. I met with the owner to try to get some sort of resolution which was a waste of time. All he cared about was getting my money. RV issues were fixed by me. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More

Terrible after sales performance Terrible after sales service. Easy to buy from but really had to keep after them to get the accessories that they had already been paid for installed. It was like they were hoping I would get frustrated and give up or forget. Very expensive on oil and filters as well. Almost double the price of neighbouring dealer for the same genuine Mopar items. Almost every accessory or service item they installed had to come back atleast a second time to get it done correctly. More
