As a long term VW client from Europe, who’s been driving nothing but vehicles from the VW Group to date, I am extremely disappointed in Yorkdale Volkswagen for their dishonesty, lack of accountability and p nothing but vehicles from the VW Group to date, I am extremely disappointed in Yorkdale Volkswagen for their dishonesty, lack of accountability and poor customer service. I purchased a $49k demo Golf GTi from Yorkdale in 2020 - prior to the sale and up until the contract was sign everything was hunky-dory, but as soon as issues arise, it’s impossible to get an answer from them. I had to bring my vehicle back several times for issues that shouldn’t be on a new car; the most common issue was the front-assist sensor, which I have gone back more than enough times for them to take a look at and fix it - every time I am being told that it is a common issue and that it would go away on its own, or that i should simply turn off the feature if i do not like it. Front Assist is a collision-alert safety system monitoring the situation in front of the vehicle via radar, and it would apply the break should there be any obstacles while driving. This safety feature has been faulty on my car since day one, and Volkswagen Yorkdale has refused to take responsibility to fix the issue; instead they find whatever reasons they can to blame it on the driver. While driving, there are times when my car would break automatically when there are no obstacles up front; needless to say this feature when not working properly could be dangerous if not deadly; yet it is no concern for Volkswagen Yorkdale to be selling faulty and unsafe vehicles to the public, they take no ownership and are withdrawing themselves from liability. I will never again buy a Volkswagen if that’s the case, at least not at Yorkdale, this dealership ruins the VW Brand’s image. More

Bought my Tiguan a few days ago. As soon as we entered the dealership, Danny immediately greeted us with a smile and offered to help in choosing a car. It was wonderful, because I realized that I had met the right person. Communication took place in an easy and friendly atmosphere, I immediately knew that I wanted a new Tiguan, it only remained to decide on the equipment. In this, Danny helped to quickly figure it out and showed all the pros and cons of all configurations. I liked the highline r-line package! And we were lucky that just in this configuration there was an exhibition sample that you could see. After watching, I was once again convinced that I want this car. Danny kindly offered us coffee and we quickly closed the deal by getting to know Jonathan who, like Danny, showed his professionalism.
