Amazing Service I was assisted by Artur regarding my new VW Tiguan 2018. He was very friendly and he knew what i was looking for. Any queries i had regarding the car I was assisted by Artur regarding my new VW Tiguan 2018. He was very friendly and he knew what i was looking for. Any queries i had regarding the car or the payments, he was there to answer. I was told that the car will be available after at least a month or so and i was willing to wait. But, the best part was, he went above and beyond to have my car available within a couple of weeks so my parents could enjoy it before they leave the country. Picked up my car yesterday and gave a surprise to my parents two days before their flight. Definitely an unforgettable moment. I would highly recommend VW Yorkdale and specially Artur. Two hour wait for a simple tire replacement Tore a tire on my Golf R - just two weeks old. Ordered a tire and made an appt to get it changed - a very simple procedure. After 50 minutes was asking about the status. Service rep told me they were understaffed...sorry but I need to know when I reserved a spot for service that the fix is going to last way longer than any reasonable person would expect. Was frustrated, told him to not bother with the wash and let me out of there. Told him I would not be back. I have had other cars serviced by dealers. Here the quality control was poor and shocking. Won't name the employee as I feel this was an example of the culture of this department. I was noticeably frustrated and can only assume this is not uncommon. More
