A very pleasant visit I went today (Friday) to Yorkdale VW.because I had an emergency which was that the tire pressure indicator came on indicating that one of my car tire I went today (Friday) to Yorkdale VW.because I had an emergency which was that the tire pressure indicator came on indicating that one of my car tires might be leaking. Even though I did not have an appointment Andrew L.(senior service consultant) understood my situation and was able to accommodate me. He introduced me to Hussein Baker( Quick lube consultant) which took care of the problem I had with my car right away.He got John the quick lube technician to look at the tires. He found that one of my tires has a punch on the side wall which could not be repaired due to the safety issue so with my authorization he ordered a new tire.He told me( with the part department information )that the tire will be at the dealership in 2 hrs which it did.As soon as he got the tire, he installed it and I was on my way in no time.This kind of service I received today from Andrew, Hussein , John and parts department staff keeps customers coming back for service and buying cars because the customers know that they will be looked after when they need any service. I do have 2 Golfs who I service with Yorkdale VW.because of their outstanding service and attention. All Yorkdale VW staff are very professional and they greet you properly every time you come in for service or anything else. They all try to do their best and more under today's conditions(covid pandemic). Keep up the good work. You all are very important for us in order to keep us moving around. Andrew you are doing a very good job taking care of your customers and understanding their needs and wants. I hope that one of this days you will be at the helm of a dealership or you will take over from your father because you were brought up the right away which is to look after the business properly. I am pretty sure that your father is proud of what you achieved so far and he will not hesitate when the time comes to pass the torch to you.
