Bad service :(. I had an appointment made for an oil change last year,when I went for my appointment they told me the guy didn't come to work so they couldn't do anything. But no one called to tell me t change last year,when I went for my appointment they told me the guy didn't come to work so they couldn't do anything. But no one called to tell me that and I had to take the a day off work. Another thing is ,I purchased a new car and shortly after that one of my.tires got a nail so they told me to fix it. Once everything was done maybe a week after my second car showed low pressure and when I went to them they said its another nail. Its just really hard to believe this and too coincidental. Also the window got stuck and I had to keep pressing the button 3 times to close it, they said I just had to clean it. I'm really not happy with the 2019 jetta and all the sensors are not working well. My previous jetta never had any issues for many years even though it was a 2011 model. More
