We purchased a 2023 Rav Ltd at this dealership. We waited a long time to have this delivered. We really enjoy driving our car. We were looking for a replacement vehicle for my husband. We live in Cambridge. We had previously dealt with Brantford Toyota and had a good experience, so started there. The sakes person there; was rude, smelled of cigarette smoke, and just had so much attitude. We left. We started looking around and found that a brand new vehicle was actually cheaper than a used one. We called Cambridge Toyota to book a visit. We were told they had no used to test drive, but we could come in, they made it sound like we would be wasting out time but sure, if we had to go in and see them... FINE!. We found that Woodstock Toyota had a used that we could, so we did a road trip. SO GLAD we did. We arrived and within a few minutes were greeted by DAVE. Dave was friendly, outgoing, and most of all honest, and did not try to push a sale. His honest and open approach was so welcoming. He did not make us feel like we were bothering him by being there, or interrupting him. WE told him our plan to order a new vehicle but wanted to see one and maybe test drive to make sure. Right there DAVE knew he was not going to make a sale but never changed who he was. He stood there is the cool damp evening and answered all our questions in great detail, and we asked ALOT, trust me. We not only asked about vehicle features, we asked about financing, warranties, gas mileage, Something the person selling us a new vehicle should do, Cambridge! I decided right there and then. we were not going to Cambridge dealership. WE were staying right here. Cambridge already gave us attitude. Why, why go there. This man DAVE, took the time, went above and beyond. He was going to get the sale. Fast forward, and our brand new RAV4 Arrives. They installed our new winter tires and new lug nuts free of charge. The Dave took over an hour to explain every interior feature to my husband, Helped him to set up the app on his phone to connect with the new truck. Just absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Woodstock Toyota and Dave. They are honest, no xxxxxxxx dealership. I had a previous bad experience, and wanted to make sure there was no extra hidden "etching security" feature added, that can cost anywhere up to $600. When we went to pick up the vehicle, there was a sticky note on our folder with NO ETCHING in big bold letters. and guess what... It wasn't on the bill either. They did exactly what I asked, no hassles no double talking. SIMPLY AMAZING. I recommend Woodstock Toyota to anyone that has ever had issues with a Dealership before, They will restore your faith, and show you an AMAZING, HONEST, Good people work here dealership is all about. The Dealership owner came to us and asked if everything was going well. The Finance person was also amazing. Explained everything, answered all questions, laughed when we side tracked him with jokes. Just an all around great experience. We will definitely go back in the next few years to replace my vehicle. Only regret, I can not go back and order one for me...LOL. More

Ongoing battery drain on my Toyota. Asked service to diagnose it again for the third time and spoke with the manager last night explaining the issue. He suggested to unplug my dealer installed remote s diagnose it again for the third time and spoke with the manager last night explaining the issue. He suggested to unplug my dealer installed remote starter and see if that was the issue. They called during the service, told me the tech thinks it's the remote starter and needed another hour to diagnose the problem. I suggested they just unplug the remote starter for now and see if that cures the problem as I can live without it. When my wife picks up my truck I have a bill for completely cutting out my remote starter (literally just snipping wires) and she's told the truck battery is still draining. Are they completely incompetent? We paid for the full extended warranty and it is still covered. The perfectly good remote dealer installed starter is lying in a box, my truck wiring is a disaster and they never solved anything. More
