Service seems disorganized and lacking good quality mechanics, be ready to take your vehicle in repeatedly for the same problem. My vehicle has not been in at this dealership for more than a year now. Other than the opportunistic sales dept. and dysfunctional service dept. there is also not a lot a room to be had for any complaints you may have about sales or service. Do not argue with them, just put in a complaint with Toyota Canada Inc. and resolve it using this avenue. This dealership is lucky they're dealing with a high quality product, otherwise they would have been underwater a long time ago. More

New Toyota purchase We recently purchased a new Toyota, there were some problems with the paint. My wife went into the dealership and was told to go deal with Toyota Canada. I went in hoping to have an open discussion with John Hogan the manager and owner. The last thing that I was looking for was a confrontation. He admitted that there could be a problem but his staff were to make the buyer aware of it. Funny thing was when I bought the car and spoke with John and his salesman neither said a word to me about it at the time. When I tried politely to explain my point John cut me off yelling that he was talking and that I must listen to him. He then blamed the company for the problem and from there things escalated. I have dealt with other Toyota dealerships and have been happy with their service. A few people who I work with at the factory strongly suggested I shop elsewhere because of their experiences there and sadly I didn't listen. John proceeded to yell at me about how much money he has, along with some mud slinging and finger pointing. Sadly when it comes to integrity and respect I found him to be dirt poor. The conversation became extremely heated and he didn't care who heard, I was shocked. I did tell him what I thought of him as a person and left. I really feel for his staff, to say he is a difficult rude man is an understatement. I know that Toyota makes a reputable vehicle! I would strongly suggest a different dealership. I did call Toyota Canada and explained everything, needless to say that is 20 minutes of my life that I will never get back. More

The sales person was good ( can't remember his name and he was gone shortly after I made my purchase) Mike Berry was excellent to deal with and he price was good, but that's where the good ends. Their service department is terrible. I have had to take my vehicle in several times for warranty work, and every single time it had to go back 2 or 3 times to get the job done correctly. Adding to the problem is the fact that they do not have loaner vehicles, or even something available to rent, so every one of these times I was withoput a vehicle for the day. I didn't buy a new vehicle to have to bum rides off people all the time. I could see having to make arrangements the first time, but when it comes to two or three times, it's more than a minor inconvenience. After this and the problems I have had with this vehicle not only would I never darken their door again, but I will never again own a Toyota. More

My visit to This dealership was a disaster! The sales guy Tom was ok at best but it all went down hill when Kevin the Sales Manager got involved. He was a complete snake, rude with a TON of crappy attitude which was clearly an issue with this dealership as the attitude only got worse with the General manager John Hogan, who has no business dealing with people!. This guy had ZERO tact and has to be one of the rudest men I have ever had the misfortune of meeting! I am very surprised that Toyota Canada would ever let people like this represent there brand. This was hands down the worst dealership experience I have ever had the misfortune of going through! There Reputation is a very poor one, I found out the hard way just how bad it really is! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! STAY AS FAR FROM THIS DEALER AS YOU CAN!!!! More
